I had booked home salon services for 30th march which was advance amount booking. They did not provide beautician details. Got a call around appointment time to compromise the service time. After waiting for 4 hours even after appointment time passed, nobody turned up. So much efforts on branding and advertising and least on delivering. Their customer care was of no help and neither their app. This has happened before and they assured of cooperation in my next bookings. But, even after this, again the issue. Do you guys value your customers' time or not?? You think you take bookings first and deliver only when you can... Pathetic experience... Feeling cheated.. Urbanclap is running a scam in bangalore.
