I view of my previous complaint ur company has asked me to place the new request
I have placed a new request..But again the same professional assigned against whom i lodged a complaint
Then i requested to change the professional a new professional assigned
But when he came he was the same person against whom i lodged a complaint..That means he has two registrations with different name..Is urban clap is cheating in this way...In this way u r providing service to the customer ..U have no authentic records of your professionals..How can we trust u and ur professionals ..Even in the name of his he is providing service..
