I have a booking for the house painting services from UC. A surveyor came and provided me the cost estimate and the advance payable. We agreed on product Asian Paint Tractor Emulsion Shyne for the walls. I paid an advance of 7, 646 online. The material I received is not the one that was agreed rather it is Asian paints Tractor Emulsion. I raised the issue with the project manager, he said that company cannot return the product, and the company has agreed to offer me 1-2 Lit of Tractor Emulsion shyne. I did not budge to compromise with the material and informed the project manager to either replace the entire material with the agreed one (during the quotation), or return my advance and collect their material from the site. After more than 24hours of escalation, still there is no resolution, neither is the advance amount being refunded so that I can get the work done from elsewhere. Please avoid Urban company as they are most unreliable.

    I had purchased two gift cards from urban company website yesterday for a friend. He hasn’t received the gift card details yet. The money has been deducted from my bank account. Despite writing to urban company no communication has been received from there end. It was two gift cards one of 500/- and other one of 1000/- rupees.
    Highly disappointed by such poor service.

        My 400 UC credits were supposed to expire by the end of December 27th, 2020. When I tried to book an appointment from the app, my UC cash had already expired in the evening, before the day had ended.
        They didn't mention any time when the UC was supposed to expire. Only the date was mentioned, and the UC had expired before time.

          Hi

          I had a booking for salon service for 19th dec @5.30 pm but professional rescheudle it for Sunday without my consent.

          And today also I waited till 2.00 pm to get my professional assigned but I again got a call from team asking me to reschedule it for 5.00 pm.

          It’s very cold in Delhi and my booking service was root touch up so how can one expect to wash hair in night.

          And I booked service as per my convenient time so how professional it is to reschedule it 2-3 times without my consent.

          And atlast professional came at my place by 5.25 pm without having any followup call.

          Is this sort of service we offer to customers.

          It’s highly pathetic and unprofessional.

                It’s been 2 months since I raised complaint on the painting service that UC have done. No proper response on the same, the paints are peeling off and after the painting work done none came to see whether the work was completely or properly done. Now the paints are peeling off and in one room, above a colour paint a white powder layer is getting formed all over the wall but no one has come to help me out with. Not sure whether Urban company is trying not to send any person for help in 6 months and after that they would say your warranty is done and you need to pay for the repair

                  I had a cutting from UC due to which my hairs started itching from the same day..And there after my hair have encountered alopesia (A disease which removes hairs from scalp in patches)

                  I did not have any such issues prior to this.
                  This disease is increaging day by day and UC help centers are not addressing this.

                  I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME FOR MY TREATMENT.

                  Please escilate this else have to do a legal case on the company.

                    Hello Team,

                    I booked pest control service from Urban company in the month of Mar 2020. Within 3 weeks the issue resurfaced again and I contact Urban Company. They assured me that due to county wide lockdown due to covid-19, they will honor the service post lockdown is relaxed. I again contacted Urban company post lockdown in Aug 2020. They informed their vendor but the vendor did not turn up after calling multiple times and even Urban company tried to help but the vendor did not turn up multiple times making false commitments. I vacated my kitchen twice assuming the vendor will come but he never come up and stop answering the call. I faced lot of problem during this time as I have to manage complete balance between family and work to carry out the service. I complained to Urban company but they are not taking any action against the vendor and not refunding my money.

                    Kindly get this request highlighted to the Urban management company? They cannot run away with their responsibility.

                      I booked a "professional consultant" from UC to inspect my walls water dampness issues, seepage marks, cracks and suggest us accordingly to fix all the issues, he convinced us he is a professional water proofer and he will send best water proofer who will do the heavy water proofing and then painting to make the wall perfect.
                      Next day to my surprise UC sent me a painter who had no knowledge about water proofing, simply he brought a box of dr fixit along with his paints, before painting he applied that dr fixit & then did the painting.
                      The surveyor who came for inspection before the work promised as there wont be any issue in the wall for 6 months if we take the service, foolishly i took the service from these frauds the very next day walls became as it was before, now UC is saying we have not guaranteed anything so we should forget about rufund.

                        I made the booking yesterday for hair cut at home today morning at 9 pm. However it got cancelled. UC arranged another booking for the same time, the same also got cancelled. Moreover this was never conveyed to me and came to know post the schedule that it is cancelled. Then they rescheduled the booking at 12 pm (without even checking with me). On checking I found even that is cancelled. So 3 consecutive cancellation and service still not provided whereas advance payment taken.

                        This certainly ridiculous and unprofessional way by Urban Company.

                          I'm writing to inform you that I'm going to file a complaint regarding the issues I've been facing since 2 people from Urban Clap (when actually only one guy was assigned with the name Rajkumar) came to my house to correct something wrong with the thermostat indicator of my geyser but ended up causing a leak in it on 28th October 2020. Upon asking about the leaking water, I was told that it is going to stop itself in a while. Well it didn't stop even after a month so I called in another service guy from your company on 29th November 2020. This other guy told me that some seal from the inside of the geyser is cracked. Since, I had no such leaking problem before your guys came in and did something with the geyser in the first visit, I suppose it is your responsibility to get it fixed. Yet, after so many requests, I haven't received a solution to my problem and no one is addressing to the issue now. Now my last resort is to file a complaint in the consumer court and seek help from there.

                            We booked a home cleaning package for our 2BHK on 29th Nov and this was assigned to A2Z company for service.
                            The team which came was highly unprofessional.

                            1) They cleaned sofa with all purpose surface cleaner.
                            2) they cleaned carpet with industry grade floor cleaning machine.
                            3) They broke some of the items.
                            4) They placed wet stuff on microwave oven.
                            5) No sanitisation of the equipments.
                            6) Masks were hanging from neck.

                            There has been multiple calls and no solution has been provided yet.
                            On the assurance from urban company that they would provide us additional service, we paid to them. Now UC is not responding, not calling back not replying to mails.

                              I am extremely disappointed with the service o[censored]rban company today. I booked for salon at home and a girl named Sonia Verma was booked for 4 PM. Her number is [protected]. She was showing on her way on your app but when we called her at 4:35 PM she said she will be bit late.. she kept giving excuses and made us wait for 1.5 hrs, she asked us to reschedule but unfortunately no slots left for the same day and finally she refused to come. If she didn't want to come she should have informed us earlier, it was her job moreover company's responsibility. She made us wait for 1.5 hrs by giving excuses, is that the kind of services you are providing? Isn't it your responsibility to know whether the service was provided? Is there any tracking or feedback system here?Customer experience is what matters most to the companies but sadly your services are not worth of availing.I heard that your app is providing good services but I think it's my worst experience. With heavy heart I have to write this complaint, give poor rating and share this experience on social media platform because people need to know that companies like urban company can't take undue advantage of customers' time.

                                Urban Operation team,

                                Don't degrade your values, You must be proper control against your service/cleaning boys. I have placed a house cleaning services a week back with token advance thru urban clap app.

                                Unfortunately, today those service boys visited for cleaning and started black mailing to cancel the online request & they want to clean/ attend services directly for more money.

                                As am in office, It was shocked to my wife and cancel the request after one hour ruff argument with that illiterates.

                                Need appropriate action against those guys and its question of families safety from urban clap service team.
