We have asked for blue shades to paint our walls, but Urban company delivered shades of green and blue and they are not changing colours. Even no one senior is contacting me, they are asking ground staff to resolve issue which is worst. Their painter services are not good atleast as per my experience.

I am only paying hefty price just for the brand and quality of service.. if such brand is not able to resolve my issues then its disappointing.

    I booked two split a/c servicing with second servicing after 90 days to 270 days by paying Rs.1885/- on 01.04.2021 ( Rs.750/- o[censored]rban credit, Rs.100/- as prime membership and Rs.1035/- through Credit Card) and the first servicing was scheduled at 10 A.M on 02.04.2021.
    Technician came at 10 A.M sharp on 02.04.2021 but told that in system, it was showing that only one split a/c is to be serviced. It took almost 105 minutes to resolve the issue after prolonged interaction with Help Centre by the technician and myself.
    After the job completion, I was asked to pay Rs, 90/- through the system which I denied. Again the matter was resolved after discussion with Help Centre which took 20 minutes. although the job was done but it was not closed by the technician the reason best known to the technician and the company.
    On 03.04.2021, I was again asked to pay Rs.100/- by Mr. Sudhir o[censored]rban Cap. I explained the entire matter to him but he was adamant and uttered that Is to up to you whether you will pay or not the legitimate amount.
    I contacted immediately to Help centre and they sought apology and assured that that have no demand and I have paid the correct amount for two a/c servicing with reservicing within 9 months.
    But, today I saw in system that the technician has closed the job and the bill was made with Rs.719/- instead of Rs.850/- ( Urban Cap Credit and prime membership discount) and adjustment of payment of Rs.348/- from the credit card payment. I am perturbed with the frequent harassment by the company and still is unaware about the fate of second servicing within 90 days for which I am unable to confirm and rated the service.

      Got my interior wall waterproofed by their so called professionals. Within a week water seepage started re occurring. Complained to their customer care on 31st March and they sent me a link where I uploaded pictures of the same. Next day they call me and ask if I would be available in the evening because the contractor who did the job would be re visiting for repair work. Gave 1star rating on Google play to which they asked me to mail them about my problem which happened on 4th of April. Today it's the 6th and yet no word. There's no option of contacting them again as they have left the current complain open. It would had been better if these people actually cared about their customers rather than showing fake concern on social media just to fool other people.

      The job was completed on 23rd of March. The last call they did was on 1st April about the supposedly visit of the contractor who never came. From then I have been trying to get in touch with them through mail but no response from their side.

        I had booked 2 services of pest control. i was provided only 1 service. the schedule of the 2nd visit was on 30th march. A person was assigned. but he is not willing to come. there is no customer care number where i can complain. this is utterly unprofessional.

          I have taken the service o[censored]rban company for resolution of non cooling.
          As per their contract the service gives a 90 days, which is still there till date.
          Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved.
          And I am not able to connect to them. They have not shared the customer care number on there website.
          They have disabled the "submit request for call back" option in the app.
          This is really unfortunate the way customer problems are handled.
          I hope the message reaches the right person asap and they contact me.

              I had called for service to clean my rich fabric sofa. we saw that one of the chemical used was a floor cleaner. we were sceptical but thought that they are professional and maybe that chemical works. He also used hard brush to clean that velvet fabric. Ultimately my sofa has become faded and rough

                I booked AMC Pest control package in Oct 2020, as per the package they were supposed to visit 4 times, but they visited only 2 times till now.. what a unprofessional company..

                I want to sue UC and demand compensation 100 times the package cost...

                    I had availed red ant and cocroach pest control services from urban clap. The service cost is Rs.1098. we made an online payment. The executive came and did the spray and said will come for applying gel after 15 days. Since then we are chasing him and the executive is saying call urban company and not giving proper response. It is close to 2 months now. Raised complaints on urban company several times but no response. The ants have started coming and we cant keep any food on platform. It is becoming too much troublesome now.

                      The worker is not coming on the pretext that he is not allowed to use the bathroom. The Supervisor says that he cannot do anything in this regard. Company is not responding to the complaints raised by us.

                        I have availed a service on urban clap for electrical connection, in app they have mentioned charges for connection but on bill as connection required 3 wires they have charged based on wire.

                          Hi,

                          I booked a Bikini wax from a beautician who was busy with her phone and pulled my skin badly. She later in panic applies the sanitizer instead of Oil on the waxed part, this led to tearing and bleeding of the skin. She refused to admit her mistake or do anything about it. I cut the service short and I sent her home. Urban company called and agreed to refund the amount to me but did an about turn today and wanted to refund only 50% of the amount. I don’t get it. This is the second time they’ve sent a rookie inexperienced professional and they expect you to have damages and accept 50% refund etc. how is this company even functioning

                                  I am Mittapally pravalika from Hyderabad, Telangana. In last November i have resolved water leakage issue in my house by contacting your urban company agent,
                                  But suddenly after 4 months again it started leaking.I paid around 9000rs for refitting and repairing last time.so I request you sir, to please register my grievance and see that my issue is resolved as soon as possible.

                                    The most difficult is to reach UC.

                                    I booked the normal service of RO. The technician visited and asked to change most of the parts. All the filters of the purifier have been changed on 02-March'21.

                                    It is stopped working for the last 3 days. I am unable to claim the warranty from UC application. I don't know why did you make it so difficult to reach you and take help on provided services?
                                    Could you take it on an urgent basis? unable to use it now.

                                      Professional was booked 2 days ago and confirmed for a 10.30 am slot for 16/03/2021. He called on the date of the appointment at 9.30 to ask if he could arrive right away. I told him that my child was having online classes and would not be available and that the appointment time of 10.30 worked the best as the child had a break then. At 10.45 am I am called by you service centre to be told that the “professional” was attending a training and would not be available, and if I could reschedule for another date and time!! When asked to cancel the appointment I was told it would take UC 7 working days to refund payment!! This is absolute and utter nonsense. This is certainly the last time I’m going to use UC. If these are the kind of “professionals” you have on your list for services then you too are going to end up like Uber and Ola have in this country.

                                        Dear Team, yesterday i.e. 14th Mar. I bought your yearly membership & booked the car cleaning services at 3pm. Available slot booked from 5 to 5:30pm. No service provided to me & not even informed me. Worst service I have seen by a brand like urbanclap.

                                        I need my refund against membership as well I don't want to continue with such a careless company.
