I booked two split a/c servicing with second servicing after 90 days to 270 days by paying Rs.1885/- on 01.04.2021 ( Rs.750/- o[censored]rban credit, Rs.100/- as prime membership and Rs.1035/- through Credit Card) and the first servicing was scheduled at 10 A.M on 02.04.2021.
Technician came at 10 A.M sharp on 02.04.2021 but told that in system, it was showing that only one split a/c is to be serviced. It took almost 105 minutes to resolve the issue after prolonged interaction with Help Centre by the technician and myself.
After the job completion, I was asked to pay Rs, 90/- through the system which I denied. Again the matter was resolved after discussion with Help Centre which took 20 minutes. although the job was done but it was not closed by the technician the reason best known to the technician and the company.
On 03.04.2021, I was again asked to pay Rs.100/- by Mr. Sudhir o[censored]rban Cap. I explained the entire matter to him but he was adamant and uttered that Is to up to you whether you will pay or not the legitimate amount.
I contacted immediately to Help centre and they sought apology and assured that that have no demand and I have paid the correct amount for two a/c servicing with reservicing within 9 months.
But, today I saw in system that the technician has closed the job and the bill was made with Rs.719/- instead of Rs.850/- ( Urban Cap Credit and prime membership discount) and adjustment of payment of Rs.348/- from the credit card payment. I am perturbed with the frequent harassment by the company and still is unaware about the fate of second servicing within 90 days for which I am unable to confirm and rated the service.
