I have used urban company service for door and door frame installation, both door and the frame are of such bad quality.the just compiled 4 block of wood and fixed it as door which got cracks in a week, when i saw the order i placed complaints with company but they are not responding

I had paid on 26th dec for plumber service, but there was no booking done on urban clap .
Tried reaching many times but no proper complain number given on the website
Kindly do the need full asap...

I've booked the service for pest control on 24th October. The person came told us about the things related to pesticide and told that the thing he is using is herbal and all. He first tried to do properly but then he was behaving lazy in pesticiding. After that he again came after 15 days and spray only little surface. We are facing much bed bug issue then earlier. Refund our money and tips. Better you understand the services u give to customers....

I booked bathroom cleaning service through UC but the person did not come and moreover when got cancelled my there was some charges levied of around 100 rs the funny part was that it is about 1/5 of the service price these cheaters are scrapping our money there is not person who contacted me even after booking several customer feedback forms. Please do help me

The service was fine.However, we paid the personnel who came directly through cash, but on urban company site it is showing as to be paid still.This service was taken in september 2020 and we are unable to raise concern over this to urban clap people.As no information shown.Tried calling their customer care no[protected], but it doesn't work.Now unable to book anyother bathroom cleaning from the app....

I was booked the bathroom cleaning service through the Urban company on 30th Nov 2020. But after the service, there are white patches left on the marble in both the bathroom. I raised the complaint with the urban company, but they are denying resolving my issue instead they provided twice the token amount for the same. But they damaged my marble worth of thousand which cannot be cover with just Rs 1600. Kindly take the action on the company so that they will provide me the resolution or repair the marbles.

I booked Electrician from urban company for fixing geyser and the Electrician broke my new wester Intalian commode by dropping his hammer on the commode. I contacted urban company infront of the Electrician as soon as it damaged it and UC customer care had a word with him and then said me that they will reimburse or fix the issue and asked me to wait for a week and asked me to send images of damage which i have sent it to them .post which...

I booked the full house cleaning for 31st, but still today not assigned anyone. And giving false promises by asking for rescheduling for the next day by giving false information....

I was painted using Urban company first time but it was very worst and raised complaint in their app, but there were closing the without completing and no response to mail and case manager which assigned to my case very rude in speech and doesn't have knowledge.

I opened case on 3-dec-2020 but not resolved till.

I have a booking for the house painting services from UC. A surveyor came and provided me the cost estimate and the advance payable. We agreed on product Asian Paint Tractor Emulsion Shyne for the walls. I paid an advance of 7, 646 online. The material I received is not the one that was agreed rather it is Asian paints Tractor Emulsion. I raised the issue with the project manager, he said that company cannot return the product, and the company has agreed to offer me 1-2 Lit of Tractor Emulsion shyne. I did not budge to compromise with the material and informed the project manager to either replace the entire material with the agreed one (during the quotation), or return my advance and collect their material from the site. After more than 24hours of escalation, still there is no resolution, neither is the advance amount being refunded so that I can get the work done from elsewhere. Please avoid Urban company as they are most unreliable.

I had purchased two gift cards from urban company website yesterday for a friend. He hasn’t received the gift card details yet. The money has been deducted from my bank account. Despite writing to urban company no communication has been received from there end. It was two gift cards one of 500/- and other one of 1000/- rupees.
Highly disappointed by such poor service.

They left without doing the service completely I booked(Kitchen Cleaning) and service team not responding.No COVID norms followed.

My 400 UC credits were supposed to expire by the end of December 27th, 2020. When I tried to book an appointment from the app, my UC cash had already expired in the evening, before the day had ended.
They didn't mention any time when the UC was supposed to expire. Only the date was mentioned, and the UC had expired before time.

I had a booking for salon service for 19th dec @5.30 pm but professional rescheudle it for Sunday without my consent.

And today also I waited till 2.00 pm to get my professional assigned but I again got a call from team asking me to reschedule it for 5.00 pm.

It’s very cold in Delhi and my booking service was root touch up so how can one expect to wash hair in night.

And I booked service as per my convenient time so how professional it is to reschedule it 2-3 times without my consent.

And atlast professional came at my place by 5.25 pm without having any followup call.

Is this sort of service we offer to customers.

It’s highly pathetic and unprofessional.

The person came without mask and tore one of my ligament in the name of massge. Their support team dies not even respond back.
Highly unprofessional person and untrained.
I had kids in my house now I am feeling unsafe for them.

It’s been 2 months since I raised complaint on the painting service that UC have done. No proper response on the same, the paints are peeling off and after the painting work done none came to see whether the work was completely or properly done. Now the paints are peeling off and in one room, above a colour paint a white powder layer is getting formed all over the wall but no one has come to help me out with. Not sure whether Urban company is trying not to send any person for help in 6 months and after that they would say your warranty is done and you need to pay for the repair

I had a cutting from UC due to which my hairs started itching from the same day..And there after my hair have encountered alopesia (A disease which removes hairs from scalp in patches)

I did not have any such issues prior to this.
This disease is increaging day by day and UC help centers are not addressing this.

I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME FOR MY TREATMENT.

Please escilate this else have to do a legal case on the company.
