Urban Company — Washing machine repair

In my washing maichine water is not stoping from out let while machine is stilling water from in let.

A service person came to fix the issue and said it the board issue and took the board for service saying that he will come tomorrow. Next day he fixed the board and clean the out let drum and charged 3600+300 for service fee but when we started the machin we notice that water is still leaking from out let. We complain to him and till now no respond and he is not pickin up the call

I am sure there was no problem with board and we need urgent solution for this and we need our mony back.
