One of your Washing Machine Executive - Iyaz Ahmed in Bangalore has cheated us by fitting a defective component of 5500 Rs. He asked me to pay him personally as you deduct your commission. What kind of cheaters you have kept and what kind of service are you providing?

    I had a cleaning service scheduled for 3:30 PM today . The technician called me and informed me that he is not going to touch the tiles . He said only the wash basin, commode and taps are covered. This is not the first time I'm availing this service. I have provided referals too for the same service and each time the technicians do a very fine job. Very disappointed with this technician of yours . Further to it he said O could cancel from my side and when I did Rs 100 has got deducted. This is very unfair. I expect a refund for the 100 Rs and I need to know if I can still avail the service with a different technician

      This is further to my earlier below message, i was told to go ahead foor repairs wih Lg . Lg submitted estimated cost around 15000. I got another quote from someone who had good recommendation about repairs for 9900 rs. Got ac repaired for 9900. They paid some amount in the beginning and now stopped responding to my messages and mails Looks like they are minting money like that. Even their own technician are suggesting that urban co tech will not be able to repair it better to get it done from elsewhere. Looks like they hire some tech having little knowladge about products and pay them very less wages and keep the rest in their pocket they receive from their clients and do not want to take responsibility for any damage to the product because of them . I am an nri and going to take my complaint to the concerned ministry with the govt, if it is not resolved

      Air conditioner unit damaged by their tech. After numerous on going calls and discusion at various level and sending 5 technician on diffrent dates. They agreed to Get it repaired it tbrough LG company, supplier of ac . I was told to go to LG for estimate and submit reason and cost of repsirs. I reluctantly did that and submitted detsils to them . Instead of paying money to the LG tech, they send me a link to go to the first mechanic, who visited my home for repairs and want me to book another appoinment with him again for free repairs. Thr bed room is without ac for more than a month now and i am still struggling what to do now. Cannot trust them anymore. Beware of their tactics to frustate you so that you are forced toget it repairs crom your pocket, even if the repairs are under warranty

        Last time when I booked for hair cut, I booked for 2 hair cuts and paid . Now when I want to book for the 2nd haircut it is not showing credit and I am compelled to pay again . This is very annoying and your website is just dump . You can't contact any one, write to some one to look at the issue . It has some not useful pre determined questions and answers . Very unhelpful and rigid . I may not use you again

          I have paid for the standard plan for AC servicing where I chose 2 services each for 2 split ACs. After the first service, I was getting a message that I can book the next service after 30 June, and now it is showing that I have to book this service before 3 months, but I am not getting any option to book my service. I have already tried updating and searching the name of the service but I am not able to avail my 2nd service. I had paid for the 2nd service but i am still not able to avail it after months of trying.

                Pathetic policy and poor technical structure. Their app stops working and it only allow to play game. Looks very funny that they have developed their app to play the game. No customer care centre available with UC. Recently, my payment did not credited automatically. Worst experience and their CEO is also not bothered about the escalations.

                  Please find the soft copy of bill dated 02.04.2021 for servicing of two split A/C with second servicing for which I have paid the money in advance.
                  Since beginning of this month, requested for second servicing but the company till now have not done servicing except false assurance over phone and through email. Last on 12.09.2021 through email to me.
                  As I will be out of station from 25.09.2021 and there is urgency of servicing, please do the needful so that I can get the service within a day or two.

                  Urban Company is repeating the same advice through out the month but not at all serious in the matter. A/Cs are urgently required for servicing. They ignored my mail to do the servicing 11.09.2021 as We will be out of station for 10 to 15 days from 25.09.2021.

                    I booked geyser servicing from Urban Company. After servicing, geyser started leaking due to damage from initial servicing work. Urban Company was called again for revisit and the same technician revisited and confirmed damage has happened to tank and that he is unable to repair. After that, I informed Urban Company about this, so they sent a new technician who also confirmed damage has happened and it is beyond repair. After this, I spoke with a Harsimran, one other person I cannot recall, and Jatin, who took both technicians in separate conference calls with me and both confirmed damage has happened. Original technician even said he is willing to pay a portion as damage has happened and repair is not possible currently to Jatin. After this, Jatin asked to send email with pics of damaged geyser as well as bill. Both were sent to [protected]@urbancompany.com. Since then, despite numerous requests through the app, they are not resolving the matter.I spoke with another Diya from Escalations and then a Raj, both of whom are liars and do not bother to get back to the customer even after promising they will get back by end of day. Whenever I am asking for some contact to customer care, the only channels they are providing are the app so i cannot reach them. Company is not allowing repeat complaints through the app or diverting the app complaints to other departments. No one is bothering to let us know on next steps. Original servicing happened on Aug 20 and since then I have been chasing this fraud of an organization with some of the most pathetic customer care I have ever encountered. I am surprised they have a job and I am now determined to let social media know how pathetic this organization is. A money-making racket but with a fraudulent underbelly. My earnest endeavor to all folks reading this...please note should things not work out, it is all over for your money. Be very very careful.

                        Pathetic work done by the service providers nominated by Urbancompany!

                        Poor cleaning - no machines, no chemicals used.

                        UC doesn’t have a contact number which works and have been raising this issue over the app and over email for the last 4 days but no one is bothered!!

                        This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!

                          I booked a service through UC, and after service there is continuous water leakage in heavy amount. When I booked a revisit, the other technician told me that there is a damage to the AC due to which water is leaking. Now since there was no leakage before the service, what another source of damage is there I can't understand.
                          UC is not even taking my calls, not replying to my multiple help requests, they have simply avoided the issues. Highly unprofessional behavior on their end.
                          I need support since the part which need to be replaced is costing around 5000Rs. I can't pay this amount due to fault of anyone else. Please help me with the issue.

                            Where do I start... Day 1- Team did not come and called to postpone for a day. Day 2- new team assigned but materials sent by the warehouse were incorrect.
                            Day 3 and 4- I kept waiting for tha texture wall painting worker but no one turned up and Supervisor found mismatch in two boxes of colour with same colour codes on top. So another exchange request was placed for the material. All this while, UC customer care did not call back even once after raising 6 complaints from their app. On the contrary, on day 1, they were calling me within 2 minutes as I had to make the complete 100% payment in advance. Once it was made, they have ignored all my calls and made me suffer. The job was supposed to finish in 5 days as per the estimate given by the so-called painting expert and today is day 5 and my single room is not finished yet. I am feeling stuck and helpless as there is no Customer care number or email to even contact them. Will certainly file a complaint in the Consumer Forum if the work is not finished as per my satisfaction after going through this harrowing experience.

                              First time I rescheduled a salon service, nobody turned up. They were not able to assign a beautician. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent Akshata, said that no supervisor was free to take the call and promised a call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say, no one called. She called up half an hour later to tell me that they were still not able to find a beautician and when I enquired about the call back from the supervisor, she said that he would call back in 24 hours.

                              Then I booked another service for 7pm and had asked for a L’Oréal sensiglow facial. The beautician came with a Cheryl’s facial kit and on being asked, she said that Urban company gave them those kits. Nowhere on the app is it mentioned that the kit would be of Cheryl’s. Why is urban company trying to defraud customers. The guy from the escalation desk who called, Pratik, said that L’Oréal and Cheryl’s is the same. They are not the same. He was looking at some app and saying it was mentioned on the app but neither the beautician nor I could see it. I still have a print screen of the place in which there is no mention of them carrying a Cheryl’s facial kit.

                                I have booked kitchen cleaning service on 07/09/2020 where I have already given feedback and and comment also that all my utensils got back and tiles also damage . But till date no one has resolve my issue

                                I think I have booked that service just to spoil more things and not to clean … as Urban company is not even accepting the fault ..
                                Pathetic …..!! They don’t agree on damage was done from their end .. and my new furniture of kitchen and utensils got black …floor of kitchen got black … URBAN COMPANY office just said it’s not their fault … Great … Wrost ever company … atleast take responsibility of your fault.. zero in the name of Professionalism ..

                                  I bought home clean services by paying over 5600 rupees only to be served by unskilled workers without right machinery and chemicals as claimed in their videos. They spoilt my taps ended up driving them away without cleaning my bathrooms, marble floors granite and marbonite floor as they didn't bring the scrubbing machine and specific cleaning chemicals. They also didn't have a vaccum cleaner to clean the sofa. All efforts to get a resolution failed as they turn selectively deaf to our complaint. Will warn all customers to stay away from their sweet smelling videos. Total daylight robbery. Very professional in executing this...BE Careful Stay away from this company UC... Also spoilt my taps by cleaning them with harpic a toilet cleaner.

                                    I booked house painting job from urban company.. starting date was 4-9-21 the very first day team teacher late at site,
                                    Only one labour was at site.
                                    On 9th september team neither came nor informed.. i called the supervisor he said team is getting vaccinated also i have many sites at this point of time so song be able to come today.
                                    On 10th march m writing this complaint at 1.00 Pm no one reached at site till now, i called and there is new excuse buying paint so will be late.
                                    Also no supervisor was at site on a single day if I have to convey any thing I asked the labour to convey the message to supervisor or called him myself.
                                    Very very unprofessional behaviour by urban company will never ever recommend painting service to any one from urban company.

I have avail their beutician service on 5th September 2021. But I am getting a number of patches in my arms, underarms after white chocolate waxing which astonished me to the extreme. The scars and spots are getting deep.I have avail the chocolate waxing a number of times previously but haven't faced this type of issue. Also the entire hand and legs are itching continuously from last four days! A simple patch test is also not done before starting the waxing. Now I am under the treatment of Dermatologist. I have already complaint to your company and the customer relation manager promised me to keep in touch with the issue. But again unfortunately they are not responding from last one day. Now what will I do with these scars?This type of service from reputed concern like Urban Company is really pathetic.

                                        I have requested a cleaning service for my microwave and once they cleaned i am unable to start it.
                                        There is a electric spark coming when I want to use.
                                        I have escalated it to them but still they have nor resolved.
                                        They asked me to bookk for service and will refund that amount.
                                        Later a professional came and he went after checking as he has to buy some parts.
                                        I am regirousely calling them but they say wll get back soon.
                                        Since 4 days I am waiting and no call on my problem to rectify solution.

                                        They only call and confirm that service will resuke on Sunday but again in morning they have postponed the service for Monday ans this game they are playing from many days.
                                        People don't trust ans waste your money on this company.
                                        Its very much mental harassment.

                                        Every day 1 person call and say will raise concerns to escalation team done.after that again 1 call and same talk.
                                        More then 20 times I stated same problem to different different call center executives.
                                        But none of them have come with solution in practical.
                                        They just play a game.
