I am complaining regularly since last month but no action has been taken
My product has passed the quality check but due to some reasons i didnt recieve my refund
Everytime i complained they say i'll recieve bank form within 24 hrs but i didnt recieve any.

Since it had been 10 days, I didn't get refund yet

It's been more than a week and my order hasn't even shipped yet while my orders from other websites are already delivered.. I was supposed to receive my order on 10th March but today is 8th and it hasn't even shipped.. why the delay in delivery?? Please help

I have received an email saying failed transaction although money has been debited from my bank account for the order I placed. How long is it going to take to initiate refund?

On 12 February, I ordered a beige colour jeans with side pockets. I received the parcel on 19th February but i was busy and had so many parcels to open i opened the urbanic one on 21 feb and after opening the parcel i found out that I didn’t ordered a dress it was an jeans and the product I received under the seal packed parcel was a pinkish beige dress. I immediately requested for return on the very same time and got an email next day that my request has been accepted and the pick up man will pick up the parcel on 23 February. I waited the next day for the pickup man but no one showed on the day nor even on 24 feb, then on 25th feb I received the email saying that return request has been rejected, i again filed the return with all the valid proof again got confirmation email and again they cancelled it on the next day of pickup. Then i wrote many emails to them and every email I received was a computer generated one and no one really paid attention on the concern and again writing so many emails to them they only answer with “ we have intensively investigated “ and cancel the request. What kind of service is this??! Where they didn’t even read the concern of the customer even though i have all the photos and opening video of the product. Even the product (dress) has tags of jeans and the invoice also says jeans but under the parcel I’ve received a dress. And I’ve so many times mentioned my problem but they are not even paying a little attention to it.

I have ordered a product from Urbanic but till now it's is not delivered to me.

I have received a wrong product and contact customer support many times but no response

It Has Been 17 Days And Still I Haven't Received My Refund Of Rs 1223 I Have Communicated With Them On Email And They Are Only Saying we Are Looking Into The Matter Nothing Else I Want My Refund ASAP

This was my first order on urbanic made on 19/02/2023 . It's been 7 days and I still didn't got my items the last thing I saw on 24/02/2023 that your order is getting dispatched and it doesn't change till now 27/02/2023. If things go on like this people will loose hope from shopping in urbanic. Very dissatisfied. Poor services. Dont take customers order seriously.

I have raised a return, they have exceeded more than 10 days even after marking more than 50 emails for my return .. every day i use to get the message for return but no one use to come for the pickup ..there is a serious size issue and now I can’t retiurn them as they have deliberately closed the return window!!
My whole money is stucked .. despite of reminding them everyday on email and enquiring on chat bot.. this fraud company has managed to make money out of it

Hey, it's an request to you that please deliver my dress by tomorrow because I am having a important party which is to be attended at prior. I trust urbanic that's why I order this dress.i had mail you but couldn't get any response.And it is not moving forward after dispatch it's about 5 days to go and I struck what to do .

My order was picked but my money is still not refunded

The ordered applied for return has been picked up but my money is not refunded

I had returned my dress today on 20th Feb . It was thight on my thighs. But on the app it is showing return failed. Please look into the matter. On whatsApp it was said that my refund in initiated. But on the app it's return failed.

The company has not refunded my amount of 1282. it has already been half a month and amount has still not been credited. And they ask for bank statement details which is completely necessary. They can check from their accounts also!

Even after repeated emails, Urbanic is not picking up my return order and refunding my amount. It’s been 2 weeks now and all they say is “Wait for 24-48 hours”; which is their standard response to every email that the customer sends.

Please refer to the attached screenshots to see how well they fool the customers.

I am fed up following up with them. All of this shows their company culture. However, I am not ready to let go my amount and will fight until I get justice.

This is to inform you that I have purchased jeans from urbanic through online shopping and it was done by cash on delivery and it's all done in the month of January 2023 and I haven't received any refund till now and 1 month have passed and the only response I get is that I will get the bank form within 3 to 4 days. 1 month have passed and I haven't gotten anything. I would like to have my refund by the end of this week
