          I wanted to complain about a product which I ordered. I ordered few undergarments which are smaller in size and I wanted to exchange or return it but they are not taking my request. If they don’t do it I’ll have to file a complaint against it so please look into this matter and give me my refund back. The company’s name is urbanic

              I have ordered product of awb [protected] on 10th march and recieved the product on 20th march and requested for a return the same day . The product hase been picked on 22nd march and the site shows refund processed from then. But i havent recieved any refund yet. The payment was done using gpay.                 I haven't received my delivery yet. I've been getting text messages from Urbanic and Xpressbees saying "we attempted to deliver your order but you were not present there at your location" whereas i haven't left my house since 3 days in wait for the order. It was prepaid. Kindly look into the matter.

                            Since many follow ups with delivery guy the order should have been delivered on 8th March itself but it got delayed from their end and I informed them to cancel order as I was not having option to cancel it, also I was not available at home post 8th March then too it got delivered to security without OTP.Why??

                            I am unable to return the order because of the issue.

                                    I had a very poor experience with the Urbanic app and their customer service. I initiated a return request for an order (Order ID[protected] that was delivered to me via Delhivery with AWB [protected]. Despite receiving a confirmation that the package would be picked up, the assigned executive ([protected]) did not show up for the pickup and did not respond to my attempts to contact him.

                                    What's even more disappointing is the unprofessional behavior that I encountered from the executive when I finally managed to get in touch with him. He blocked my number and exhibited a disrespectful attitude, which is completely unacceptable.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism exhibited by Urbanic, and I would not recommend this app to anyone. It's disappointing to see that a company with such potential is unable to provide basic customer service and treat their customers with respect.
                                    I hope that the company takes appropriate measures to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

                                      Which app takes 2 weeks to ship??? I was supposed to receive my order today but it hasn't even shipped and it's a pre-paid order. I'm so disappointed in urbanic, it's not the first time. Extremely unprofessional and delivery! Don't ever shop from here !!! 0 stars.

                                        I recently had received an incorrect order from Urbanic and I immediately contacted the Urbanic team regarding the same. They accepted that the wrong order was sent and contacted me immediately but it's been 14 days now and no action has been taken and now they're saying as per our telephonic conversation please be informed that we have checked extensively and found that the correct product has been packed and dispatched to you from our end.
