It's been 15 days ago my refunded amount is not reflected yet in my account....

I returned one item but i didn't got refund yet. It's been 15 days and there is no confirmation from their side....

Delay in delivery...

I wanted to complain about a product which I ordered. I ordered few undergarments which are smaller in size and I wanted to exchange or return it but they are not taking my request. If they don’t do it I’ll have to file a complaint against it so please look into this matter and give me my refund back. The company’s name is urbanic...

No Resolution receiving on complaint registered...

I have ordered product of awb [protected] on 10th march and recieved the product on 20th march and requested for a return the same day . The product hase been picked on 22nd march and the site shows refund processed from then. But i havent recieved any refund yet. The payment was done using gpay. I haven't received my delivery yet. I've been getting text messages from Urbanic and Xpressbees saying "we attempted to deliver your order but you were not present there at your location" whereas i haven't left my house since 3 days in wait for the order. It was prepaid. Kindly look into the matter.

I have ordered from urbanic and paid the amount but it is showing that order has been cancelled and i did not get any message of refund...

I ordered few items and returned six out of them but they never picked them up. I have been following up for a month but no response. I am annoyed my money is stuck and what will I do with no fitted products.

I placed an order on 24th March 2023 (Rushed Cocktail Dress) Order ID:[protected], which is supposed to get delivered by 1st-3rd April. It's a request to deliver it as soon as possible or on 1st April....

I've not received my urbanic refund of Rs 1055 yet. it's been 15 days now and refund amount is not reflected in my bank account....

I placed my order on 9th march... It's been 16 days bt still haven't received my order..as per their policy they delivered their order in 10-13days and they are not responding...

Since many follow ups with delivery guy the order should have been delivered on 8th March itself but it got delayed from their end and I informed them to cancel order as I was not having option to cancel it, also I was not available at home post 8th March then too it got delivered to security without OTP.Why??

I am unable to return the order because of the issue....

I ordered on 7th march and its already 19 march, i request you to please deliver my dress by 21 march because it's my birthday.

I ordered 3 items and they only delivered one of them that too after a month.
They are unwilling to help or refund and shutting me down constantly....

I placed my order on 19th march and the expected delivery status shows that my order will be deliver between 30th march to 3rd April which is too late as I want to use the product on my birthday that is on 30th march itself. I had a very poor experience with the Urbanic app and their customer service. I initiated a return request for an order (Order ID[protected] that was delivered to me via Delhivery with AWB [protected]. Despite receiving a confirmation that the package would be picked up, the assigned executive ([protected]) did not show up for the pickup and did not respond to my attempts to contact him.

What's even more disappointing...

Which app takes 2 weeks to ship??? I was supposed to receive my order today but it hasn't even shipped and it's a pre-paid order. I'm so disappointed in urbanic, it's not the first time. Extremely unprofessional and delivery! Don't ever shop from here !!! 0 stars....

I recently had received an incorrect order from Urbanic and I immediately contacted the Urbanic team regarding the same. They accepted that the wrong order was sent and contacted me immediately but it's been 14 days now and no action has been taken and now they're saying as per our telephonic conversation please be informed that we have checked extensively and found that the correct product has been packed and dispatched to you from our end....
