I placed two orders on 7th Jan. My first one was supposed to be delivered between 9-10 Jan, and it is 12 Jan now and it was JUST shipped yesterday. I am shifting countries very soon so I’m really getting angry and frustrated at this point. Meanwhile, my second order was placed on the very same day but it is STILL in transit to dispatch center. It is said that it would be delivered by 15-19 Jan, but by the looks of my first order it doesnt look it its gonna be delivered on time. Would really appreciate if you could deliver both orders as soon as possible because Ive already paid the entire amount and I’m permanently moving countries soon.

    Hello. It’s been more than 30 days and despite mailing them several times at the same time sending my bank statements over emails repeatedly. They are not taking any serious action. All they are saying is to wait for 4-5 days and simply making a fool of me. They have dragged the issue this long which could have been solved in just 7-8 days. I’m really pissed now and thinking to sue them. And As soon as They will refund the amount I will definitely uninstall their app and will never buy from them. Refund amount is ₹1354. PF the screenshots for your reference and their shameless acts. All they are doing is just simply raising new ticket after 7-8 days nothing else. Kindly help me I’m fed up from them. They are fraud

      Urbanic is a fraud.. it didn’t even return the money after i submitted and returned the product. It has failed to comply
      Simply i will complain to tge higher above this company
      Having higher seat with some people i know about care for company i will see that this brings awareness to the people

        I haven't received the product but it's has shown delivered neither i receive a call from delivery person nor i receive the parcel 📦. This product is very important to me as i got this by joining the urbanic VIP and by following all the rules i got the product in affordable price so please kindly solve this problem.[protected] this my product ID.

          I placed an order from Urbanic while their sale was going on. The order was placed on 19 dec 2022. I have still not received the order it is 4 jan 2023.               They are so frauds that i raised return request on 2nd nov and still they havent arranged my pickup. only default messages we get that order will be picked up.

                Hi Team,

                iam facing this harrasment since 2nd nov 2023 i placed one order and i asked for return request. they are not picking my order and not processing my refund. multiple times they give default messages of return pickup but nobody shows up at my place to pickup the peoduct.

                    I ordered a puffer jacket and received a blazer so I placed a return request regarding the same. The delivery guy came to pick up but he said he'd only pick up if the company urbanic mails the delivery company. I reached to urbanic customer support regarding the same and you guys keep saying me the concerned team will get back to me but no team gets back and I haven't received any help so far. Now my return request has been cancelled and the window of placing the return for 10 days is closed too. I don't know what to do now. I just need my money

                      I ordered from urbanic. But the product quality and size was not perfect so I returned it. I payed online so I thought I would receive the money back in a few days but it has been four months and I still didn't get a single penny back. I contacted and complained several times but every time they asked to wait for a call or to wait until they contacted a superior but it has been four months.

                        I ordered jeans from urbanic and got some dress instead. When i am going to my order section that is showing that i have already claimed for return and that is approved but I didn't. I don't know what is happening with the app and my delivery order.                           I order so many products but fit was not right for some so i returned them and the pickup was done yesterday 24th December but my app is showing return failed. Update that status so that i can get my refund and process my refund as soon as possible.

                          I have had a chat with the team over whatsapp but till now no update.

                                  I have ordered a dress and received the order on November 30th, as the dress fitting was too loose I have kept return request on Dec 1st, till today its not been picked, daily from last 17 days I'm continuously reminding them on chat, mail daily new person will chat and tell same answer wait for 24 to 48 hrs it will be picked up.
