I ordered a dress from urbanic for INR 1800 approx and they sent a wrong item and when I asked for a return and refund for the same they denied. I’ve written regarding the same multiple times but they’re denying it and refunding my money back.
My refund was not processed even my item has been taken back a week ago, ..
