Return pickup is not picked up

I have raised the return request of my 4 items which I have ordered from Urbanic .I have schedule the return request for those items next day only but they are not picking up my items and after completing 10 days of return policy they have cancelled the request and I am not able to raise the return request again from Urbanic app. When I have raised the concern to the Urbanic team they are saying to me from past few weeks that return will...

I received wrong products from them i immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that they checked and correct product was sent. Then i contacted them by mail and told about my problem and then they took my response seriously and for the first time requested the photos of the parcel and product and bill (earlier i was just sent the response without them requesting anything). Refund delay

I had mistakenly placed an order for an item on the 26th of January 2023 and paid for it through UPI. The app said that the refund would be initiated within 7 days, and i still haven't recieved the refund, it is the 10th of February already. Please look into the matter...

Pick Up delayed for more than a month

I've been trying to return a product since December, 2022, now we are in February, 2023. I ordered a beanie, whose colour did not match with the image shown in the site, so I decided to return it. But they have not picked it up. I've emailed their customer care, talked to agents via WhatsApp, every time they say the exact automated answer and no action is taken. I'm exhausted, this is my worst customer service experience with any online shopping...

Product I ordered from the company

I placed an order in Urbanic on 19th January. It was an prepaid order and I was supposed to receive the order by 31st January. It’s 7th February today and I haven’t received any updates regarding my order. When I try to contact their customer service I never get a proper response. All the responses are automated and are never responsive to your actual concerns. I have sent many number of emails and messages regarding this order....

Cut Out Bra & Panty Set pack of 2

I placed an order of Cut Out Bra & Panty Set pack of 2 on January 26th, 2023. My order was delivered today, i.e. February 4th, 2023 and it is not even close to what I ordered.
Neither the size nor the color is the same. I ordered live green color. The panty is (almost) white in color. Not only is it dirty but also torn from different places. While on the other hand, the bra is pink in color and is dirty around the hooks.

Pathetic Services

I placed and order on the date of 15th of Jan, amount deducted but no confirmation received
I contacted their customer support but they were sending automated replies and was rude
Even after chasing them for ages did not receive any resolution

Wrong product deliver

It's such a pathetic app. First they deliver in ages and then the product is completely wrong. After all this crap, they have this much of guts that they reject the return request. They have looted me and I wonder how many more people. Such company should stop operating. They are not professional at all. Please HELP me get my money back because after all this, I don 't want their ### product....
