I placed my order on 15th May but I still haven't received my stuff. Why is taking so long? Help.

I order an accessory on 7th May but it got cancelled by company's side on 14th May for which i have not received the refund yet.
So, I wrote a mail to them for which they responded that they'll refund the money in 7-10 days but its been more than 20days and i have still not received the money .

Need help regarding payment of 1685/- deducted by Maysquare lifestyle private limited from my account 24/05/21 and order also cancelled. 12 days already passed. No resolution.

I placed my order on 9th May, 2021 on Urbanic App of Rs. 7, 921. It has been 27 days since I have placed the order. This is my 3rd complaint and still there are no updates. The only reason they are giving is covid-19. It’s almost a month now I did not received my order. Due to covid-19, while ordering they didn’t even mentioned about the order being late. And that order is not even shipped yet. What kind of service is this?

I cancelled the order because it was taking huge time .The order id is[protected].They said from their side they initiate the fund but its more than 12-13 days.So i want my refund as soon as possible such a pathetic service

I ordered jwellery and paid but I don't get the product. My order is confirmed on 2nd May 2021

I received a poor fabric product, I made a return request, no response yet order Id[protected]

I had placed an order of 2 items on 8th april and today is 30th april. My order id is[protected]
I still have not received the order. Yet in their app they are still mentioning thay delivery will be in 10 to 12 days. Whis is misguiding the customers and providing false information.

Even their customer service which is available only on chat, repeat the same answers and are of no help. I have even emailed them on urbanic support but have not received any reply from them. I am genuinely starting to think that they may be a fake app and a kind of scam to get money from customers and cheat them.

I want you guys to take immediate action on them by banning their app in our country. As i can see there are other consumer grievances against them on this forum as well.

Pls do something about this complain.

I had the same experience with my first order from Urbanic, even though it was delivered late but the quality was good so I thought of giving it a second chance, and here am I ... Back to square one, I am facing the same thing again

So I am already very frustrated, I get it that corona is on peak, so just tell me a date on which I can expect it to be delivered otherwise this will be my last experience with this website or app, and i'll never suggest this site to anyone infact i'd rather share my disappointing experience with them and I hope you are aware of the consequences.

I am Ayushi Singh, my package with Order Id[protected] was delivered on Sunday, March 21.
My products says to be delivered but I received only 1 pair of jeans i.e. Ruched Mom Jeans and my other 2 products were missing in that package i.e. Simplicity Pullover T-shirt, Belted Mom Jeans. I raised this issue on March 21 itself. I have been in contact with customer support through live chat but haven't received any proper answer. It's already been one 1month, Neither I got any refund nor the product.
There has been no communication as to what steps are being taken to resolve this issue.

I still have the package which I received from Urbanic, the package is too small to fit another pair of jeans in it or even another top.
I have proper proof of it that even if we ask them to fit my entire order in that package they won't be able to do that.
They can check the weight of my package and resolve this issue. But since 1month they reply the same thing that they have raised the issue.

I had returned my order and have been following up for refund for almost a month now. I haven't received any update and mails and on-line chat all leads no where. Very conveniently they have closed my query stating the issue has been resolved without refunding my money.

I got a notification saying my parcel was delivered, but apparently I haven't recieved the parcel.. none of my neighbours, guard, friends, relatives have collected them.. it's an order worth Rs 3000... The payment is done already.. how can the delivery person just hand it over to anybody and how is the company allowing it's delivery partner to do so.. there is no customer care number as well.. al I have to do is wait for their emails and messages!

I ordered a beige cardigan with pocket and I got a Aline baby skirt. After writing and uploading photos and requesting for replacement or refund nothing has been done

Hi Madam/Sir,

I had recently ordered 2 tops with order ID[protected] on 11 March 20121. Out of which one was Contrast mesh pullover T-shirt which was For 746 INR instead of that I had received a skirt. I had returned the incorrect product. They still did not refund me, customer support is not available and they have incorrect email address mentioned. I had just found on customer complains on instagram page. They didn't refund many people and I think this website should be banned for troubling consumers.

I ordered some dress in this app and two items I returned and I dint get refund for the product it's almost 1month now I've mailed them and talked to customer care for evry day and no action is being taken, such a fraud company dnt buy clothes from them I dnt no how I'm getting my refund amount back. Plzz do help me
Urbanic clothing app

I ordered a ruched tapered/ carrot pants on 5/mar/21. That was rs. 1054. i returned that on 7/mar/21. i did not get any refund yet.

I ordered for a bow sleep set and got a wrong product, they sent me a jeans. After so many follow ups and proofs they finally arranged a pickup and the order reached their warehouse. Now they are saying the product is dirty hence no refund. This is ridiculous. I need my money back. I never ordered for a jeans plus the jeans that they sent was not even my size so their is no chance that it will be dirty. I am vulnerable at this point as they are not responding to my emails and I need my money back.

My transaction is still pending I didn’t get my refund back and I have already paid cash to the merchant

I order a jacket from Urbanic around 2 months ago and due to some quality issue, I returned it. It’s been more than a month now I have not got my refund yet. I’m really worried. The amount was around 1500 rupees. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.
