Haven't received my order since a month now. They give the same reply everytime. Now it's showing that my order is cancelled! What kind of behaviour is this! Fraud company

    I ordered 6 items in urbanic and it's been more than 15 days now, the order status says it's under process. The mode was prepaid. Are they going to deliver the product or not? Why are they taking so much time to deliver??!!!😡

      I tried to change the address but they said they can't and my delivery is stucked to the office near me but I don't have the address so I asked for it but they didn't called neither the courior service called for the delivery so tht I can change the address

        Urbanic have such bad customer service.
        1. Team had sent a wrong item
        2. Its been more than 3 weeks from the day of receiving the order that i have been following up with there team but there is absolute no progress.
        All you hear is that “please be patient”.

        This is so unfair.

            We have ordered patch work cocktail dress worth 1899/- and we have been delivered wrong product lagging with mrp 999/- which is of no use to us. Despite writing several emails, no satisfactory response received rather harrassing us by asking one or the other documents every day.               I have ordered 3 dresses from urbanic(https//www.urbanic.com) app. Out of which l returned two dresses. Pick up agent took those clothes, after returning Still that is showing awaiting pick up in my urbanic app. Daily I was getting return sms and pick agent call. I wrote so many times to [protected]@urbanic.com but there reply is unsatisfactory. My clothes were of ₹598&₹688. I want my this amount of money back is my account. This is harassment of customers. This app is a fraud. They neither want to give clothes nor money. If I have already returned the clothes from where I'm supposed to return it again. I'm attaching screenshots. Kindly resolve my issue.

                I ordered from Urbanic a Shirred Pullover Blouse around 2 weeks ago. My order id is[protected]. have received a pair of shorts instead of the item I ordered and when I submitted the return request on the basis of receiving the wrong item, they cancelled my return saying they sent the right item! Please look into this ASAP

                  I have ordered a dress from urvanic which I returned and the refund has not been initiated, it's been more than15 days, and it's written that the refund has processed, I reallly request urbanic to transfer my 990 rs, please look into this matter, not recommended site at all

                    I have purchased 3 leggings from urbanic app on cash on delivery but I don’t like there products so I requested them for return and refund my money but more than a month has been passed and they are not taking there products back and also not refunding my money

                      Urbanic hasn’t refunded my money since more than a month. They have stopped responding to my mails and deleting my comments on ig and when I dm them, they reply with something really lame and that too after days.

                        I have order a two items and it cost me a lot and yeah and I have waited for my refund money more than 6 months and also I have filled a bank details more than 5 times and till now they didn't have refund my money I have text them everyday but they are just copy pasting their messages everyday and sending I have complained a lot and also trying to find the customer care phone number but I didn't find this is totally scam fraud if refund issue was not there they should inform and it cost me a lot in this order but I havent get my money back I will report, urbanic this is totally unfair to people

                          Hello!
                          I returned my order with order id[protected] AWB[protected] and was picked by the agent on 10th July. Application time was[protected]. I haven't received my refund of rupees 997 till now and the return status shown is refund failed. Hope you look into this and refund my money asap.

                            Hi I order one sweatshirt dress by order no[protected] . I had received the dress on 15/7/21 but it was not fitted me well so same day I request the return. No one came to pick up the return till now. Today morning I received the text msg that My pickup will be done today but till 5.30 pm no one came and no one answered the phone number mentioned on text msg. Even I hv notbyet received the refund as well. Disappointed with the service

                                    I paid for my order a long time ago through google pay . I ordered a pair of jeans and was waiting for my product but after taking so many days its now showing not deliverable i dont know why. This is not good, they should either pay me back or deliver the product .
