I raised a complaint regarding delivery of wrong item and requested for return but received no update regarding the same.
It has been over 10days since I raised the complaint, the issue has not been resolved yet, they keep sending mail saying the issue has been resolved but no action has been taken against my complaint.
I recently got a mail saying they won't accept the return request since it's been over 10days and they don't accept return requests after 10days, whereas I raised a complaint regarding this issue twice the very next day and after no attempt was made from their side to solve the issue they are not willing the take the return of the wrong item delivered by them.
