    I have ordered 1neck piece 1 set of bracelets and 1 T-shirt.neck piece is damaged and bracelet is also damaged.I want to return the product but the Urbanic people are not responding worst app ever.and it took 1nhalf month to deliver products

      I have placed 2 orders on Urbanic for my birthday shopping. One on 29th June, I waited for this order anxiously until 8th July I felt I wouldn’t receive the items before 15th so I placed another order on 8th July for “fast delivery products that get delivered between 2-4 days”. I thought I will guarantee get it before 15th but it’s 12th already past 4 days and I still haven’t received either of my orders and there has been so solid update either. The customer service app keeps giving automated replies.

        One of the item of the above order was received in torn and damaged condition. While applying for return the app is not able to upload pictures and I have tried uploading pics both in iPhone and Android phones. The Android is only allowing 5 kB pic to be uploaded the app needs to be upgraded/ debugged. i had attached the pics in the mail to [protected]@urbanic.com as I was asked while my return has been rejected. I had tried applying for return on the day of receipt of the order but the app was not able to upload the pics..so I uploaded the pics with support chat .. within 10 days of receipt I was able to apply for return but twice it has been rejected quoting invalid reason.. now as the mandatory 10 day return policy has expired the Urbanic app does not allow return…issue is not resolved and needs to be escalated to higher level

          I received a completely different product. I raised the request with chat support and sent an email with all details, invoices and pictures of product received.
          They'll ask you to send several things via email but close the ticket same day without even replying or providing any resolution.
          Customer support chat box shows replying in 2mins and staff replies after 1-2 hours and they don't have any resolution for your queries.
          I requested for return or replacement or even cancelling the product and this scammer website didn't help with anything. Waste of money and time.

            I had placed a return on my order which was scheduled to picked up on 2nd July. The delivery person informed me later than night, that it would be picked up the next day. When he didn't pick it up, I raised my concern to urbanic chat support. They asked me to wait for 24 hours and them some more.
            Now my return is cancelled and I cannot place it again. The chat support is utterly unreliable. I want my refund and the parcel returned.

              My order Id is[protected]. I placed an order on the 22nd of june and today it's 6th July and still no tracking number of my parcel has been shared with me. According to the order shipment, I was supposed to get my order by the 5th of july but there's no update on my parcel.
              I have prepaid my order and I bought it from my first salary ever, so it's really sad to see that this is their customer care.

              I ordered 2 tops worth 690 ₹ on Urbanic and due to change of plans I cancelled my order within 1 hour of placing order
              I paid through online payment and after cancellation received message saying refund will be initiated within 5-6 days
              But it's been days and I still did not receive refund

                  I raised a complaint regarding delivery of wrong item and requested for return but received no update regarding the same.

                  It has been over 10days since I raised the complaint, the issue has not been resolved yet, they keep sending mail saying the issue has been resolved but no action has been taken against my complaint.

                  I recently got a mail saying they won't accept the return request since it's been over 10days and they don't accept return requests after 10days, whereas I raised a complaint regarding this issue twice the very next day and after no attempt was made from their side to solve the issue they are not willing the take the return of the wrong item delivered by them.

                      I had ordered two items on 15th June. It has been 12 days and it's hasn't been shipped yet. The email complain system doesn't work. They just send an auto generated email. The customer service people just ask to have patience. The shipment should be within 3-5days as mentioned. And the delivery should be within 8-11days. It has been 12 days and nothing. I can't even cancel the order. It was prepaid and I'm afraid that I won't get any money back. I don't know what to do.

                          I placed my order on 22nd May, it was a prepaid order. I try to get in touch with them almost everyday but they send autogenerated messages saying that they will deliver it but they haven’t even shipped it yet. Please send my order asap. I am afraid of even cancelling it because their refund services are just as horrible!

                            It's been a week I receive the message saying my item has been shipped but again no update what so ever. The app shows "under process" that all. Been nearly 2 months now when I placed the order. I'm afraid if I cancel it I won't be receiving a refund as I've seen many complaints regarding that too. I need a delivery date or a tracking number at least since I only receive updates when I put a complaint on here just so that they can save their @sses. Shameless people and very unpleasant service

                                      Please do not buy from this brand. I paid for my order on 22nd May and I still haven’t received it. They completely fool you and use your trust. They are just hoarding money at this point and not even doing their part of delivering the items. The customer service is extremely bad and doesn’t even address the issue properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
