I wanted to return a profuct ordered from urbanic due to size issue. But I am unable to return it, because while returning you have to upload a picture, which is not being uploaded. I have tried more than 20 times. I think the app is fraud and there is no customer care available....

They picked item from my home on 28 January 2021.total amount of my product is rupees 1253/-.today is 15 February 2021. After several days nobody refund my amount.I complaint so many times on their customer support but all the time they said that they have some technical issues.
Is my hard earn money.they are not listening at all, even they had not provided any direct customer care number so that I can talk.
I am really worried...

I have ordered a simplicity faux fur coat on 15th of January from urbanic but instead I have received a wrong product. This is so not acceptable.This is highly disappointing. I have requested for the quick replacement of the product or Grant me a refund to their customer support but there is no reply or assistance regarding this from their side. Only an auto generated mail has been send that my mail has been received by them that's all. br...

My return request was accepted on 21 Jan 2020 and the pick up was scheduled on 22 Jan 2020 i.e Friday. It's been Sunday and still no one has come to pick it up. Their customer service is saying to raise the req again but there is no such option in their app.

I purchased an overcoat for around Rs 18000 but had decided to return it since the quality was not good for a winter wear.I appied for the return bit the stus is still in the reviewing mode.What are you discussing so much over the return?I don't get it.I applied return for 2 products (both overcoats) one got approved quickly -reason wrong size.But the one with bad quality coat didn't get approved till now.Please give me back my money!!...

I have ordered a dress and coat 1 week ago and got a msg that your order cleared the delhi customs and on its way and i was keep calm and waiting for order to come afyer 2 weeks then when its really about to come at my place they sent me another msg that your order is out of stock which was about to come and they are such a ### people and company and it was happend with me 2nd time..such a pathetic company URBANIC. I have returned a sweater since the quality was bad. It's been more than a week now. Urbanic is saying my refund is processed. However, I have not received the amount 1011 in my bank account. This is very disappointing....

I bought 1 simplicity pullover sweater the size was too big so I asked for return, the sweater was picked up from my house that very day but the return is still not processed.

I ordered a dress at dec 29 and recieved it at jan 7. Which is too late. And i placed a return becouse the size was diff.it was large for me.
The product is taken. My refund is ₹862. It was my first order from urbanic and i am not happy...

We have purchased a product worth rs 935 in the month of December due to its poor quality it was returned the next day when asked for refund they said to wait till it returns back to them for quality check after quality check when asked for refund they mentioned that our bank details are wrong being an bank employee how can I give my details wrong so I requested for the ute no which they claim that it was processed and rejected they were...

I've been waiting passed 15 days for my order and what answer I get is hilarious. That it is rejected without my knowledge. Please don't make me feel that this Urbanic is a bad site to order anything and please do the needful today please!!! I'm waiting for my order desperately...

I ordered to dresses and some accessories out of which I'm keeping some accessories(chains) and want to return two dress and 2 chains. I've been trying to place the for return on the app but it just keeps on failing when I add the photos . I tried emailing them and they gave me a website but that too website restricted me . I was going to return these items and buy something else from urbanic but now I don't see myself doing that. Worst experience!...

Urbanic is the worst app, have been trying to return a product for past 3 weeks but not able to. The app return policy requires to upload a picture but the uploading always fails n the return request can not be completed. This seems like an intentional gimmick. There is no number to call on. I am stuck with a bad quality product and feel cheated. URBANIC CLOTHING IS WORST....
