        My order is still in processing, even after 13 days of placing the order and making the payment.. they don't keep their words, and fooling customers by taking all the money and not delivering the products.. because they are cheating us, they always say they can't give a fix date and time of when I can receive my order. I have chatted on their customer care chat group, and everytime there is a new person, and I have to explain everything all over again.

        I am attaching the screenshots of the same copy pasted text messages that I have received from their employees..

        It feels like they are punishing me for buying from them. I am afraid to cancel the order, because I think I won't survive another of this ordeal.. I want my order or I want my money. Please consumer cort, ban this app, do a mercy on us.. the people from that company don't care about the customers, they are only phishing money, and torturing the customers to slow deaths..

            I ordered a very gorgeous dress form urbanic and I've been waiting to get my hands on it but my order isn't even shipped yet. It's my very first order and I have to say they don't make a very good impression the clothes and accessories look really good but they consume so much time in just shipping I think I won't recommend it to anyone and I don't think I can be a regular customer.

                I placed my order of jeans on 23 August and it still shows only your order is confirmed as tracking details .
                i've also registered a complaint on urbanic now also it shows the order is on processing . it's not been shipped and is September 4 now .
                very bad service from urbanic side
                they say its due to the covid pandemic
                but why can't urbanic provide necessary details on shipping ?

                  I ordered two item with order ID[protected] on 27 August and it has been 7 days but my order status is still precessing it has not been shipped yet. Usually urbanic claims to ship their item within 3-4 working days but why order is still being stuck. I request you to ship my order as soon as possible without any obstacles. Hope you will consider my request as this is my first order in urbanic and I am very disappointed in how the things are going.

                      My order was supposed to be delivered on 28th August but I couldn't answer the call of delivery guy that time due to some reasons.

                      Then after calling more than 6 times the the delivery guy answered my call but he was very rude and he cut the call on me, his behaviour was v unprofessional.

                      I tried talking to the support but there is no any support number is available And company is saying, we deliver the product within 24 hours. But they are not delivering the product since 4 days. I've complaint many times but company is not responding.
                      I haven't received my order yet but it shows that it was delivered

                          The company has given me the wrong product after making me wait for a month. I asked for the product to be returned. They rejected my request after making me wait for two weeks. Even though the product is in the condition I had received it in. Tags, packaging is all intact.

                          They claim to be working on my issue after rejecting for no reason. But it has already been a month. I feel like they won't resolve my issue

                            My order never reached me until now and when I am asking for a refund the customer care is not responding appropriately. I need my money back as it is a large amount of 9092. There has been no response from the company’s end which I am hereby claiming to be a fraud. Please help me out.

                              I placed an order some dresses on 31 July after 15 days I received my order very late and it cost me INR 5890 and I did not like the product as there was unusual smell during COVID where we have to be careful with sanitary measures the product was dirty and It does not fit me as some products was too short and tight. It seems to be that the product is already used by someone.WORSE. and I immediately requested them the same day for return and refund and it's been 15 -18 days already. I have not received my refund and customer service is pathetic.they always say someone will come to pick up but no one body came yet . They won't answer your queries and try to resolve the issue. Even on email as well. I do not recommend to people as they are doing fraud with people and trying to robb your money be careful with ur hard earn money as they are not trust worthy ppl .they don't have customer service contact to communicate with them directly on call they have a chat Option so they are simply ignoring which is very frustrating. They are not returning my hard earned money.                                 I placed an order for "simplicity mom jeans" and "Shirt pullover blouse" on 02 june, 2021 ID No.[protected] . But due to some issues I had to return them. I placed the request for return of both items on 14 june 2021 and the delivery personnel arrived on 15 june to pick it up. When I checked the app later, it still did not update the status to 'returned' and I have yet to receive the return payment.
                                I called the delivery person 15 june night and he said he will talk to the manager and respond 16 june morning, but I am yet to hear any reply. He is not picking up the calls.
                                This has already happened twice with Urbanic. A friend is also awaiting her return payment right now after the same delivery person picked up her return orders as well.
                                I hope Urbanic Team resolves the issue as early as possible, and initiate the return payment after proper inquiry into their delivery channel.

                                  I placed my order on 15th Aug 2021 and it says it will be shipped within 3 working days but it's been 9 days now and there's no update on my order yet, they don't provide any information on the emali too.Its a pre paid order and I'm highly disappointed in them.My last order with urbanic went fine but not this time.Kindly look into their services and resolve it please.

                                    I had placed my order for 5 items on urbanic on 30th July and it has been august 23rd and my order hasn’t moved from the procuring / processing stage, every time i contact the customer care they send me an automated message “ delay due to pandemic it’s still in processing will notify once shipped” I think my money has gone for a toss as it still hasn’t moved from processing and it’s been over a month, so disappointed I just want my order atleast by the end of this month.

                                      I placed an order for "Lace up Bodycon dress" and "Simplicity Bodysuit" on 13 August, 2021 ID No. X But due to some issues I had to return them. I placed the request for return of both items on 19 August 2021 and the delivery personnel arrived on 20 August to pick it up.

                                        I ordered a pair of ripped skinny jeans in size L and they delivered plain carrot jeans in size S. I immediately placed a return request on the same evening of product getting delivered. After 2 days of waiting they rejected my return request by saying the product delivered is correct. Their customer support is also useless. I have sent pictures of the product I ordered and product which got delivered still they are not resolving my problem. They won’t even reply.
