Hi,
I have placed order for grocery & household items on 5th March 2016 vide order number 3852509. Order was placed online & was also paid in full online. They could not deliver 1 item [item no.12] in the order Amul Paneer for Rs.80/- and told that they will initiate the refund within 24 - 48 hrs.
After that I have written several mails to customer support desk and also calling them almost every day to hear that it will be refunded within a day.
I spoke to customer support executive Mr. Ranganth on 10th March & Vidhya on 14th March and forced them to provide me ticket number M1074 for my complaint. Today i.e. on 17th March 2016 again I spoke to Mr. Ranganath who told me that they have already initiated the refund [on Monday, 14th March which I have not yet received]. I have asked them to provide me reference of the same along with the details but they have not yet provided me that as well.
I would need your intervention for above at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
