Sir, I am from Manglam Vihar colony, swargeshwar road, Mauranipur . In my area transformer was fused and no one is replacing it . Also the SDO is very corrupt, takes bribe. Due to heavy online classes, we the students need electricity i.e. we need a transformer . BUT No one is concerned about it .
Kindly resolve the issue sir 🙏

Subject: Regarding theft of electricity in Urban Homes by the builder, supported by our newly elected AOA and therefore new power connection to the residents o[censored]rban Homes, Aditya World City, NH-24, Ghaziabad, which comes under LAL Kuan, 132 KV SS, Ghaziabad.
Respected Sir/ Madam
We the residents o[censored]rban Homes, Aditya World City, NH-24, Ghaziabad-201002 are being exploited by our builder namely M/s UH Realcon Private limited,
M/s Shubhhomes Realcon Private limited, both having office at 11New Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092 and M/s Utility Estates Private Limited ( Co- Developer), registered address: G-79, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092, all having authorized signatory namely Mr Bir Singh Pundir and supported by our newly elected AOA are as follows:
1. Here, all residents are paying electricity @ Rs.6.93 per unit, D.G unit rate about Rs.32/ per unit and standing charge per day Rs. 28/ day which is too much, developers are sucking our blood and we are helpless and mute spectators because our newly elected AOA is indirectly supporting them by being silent on this issues.
2. There are no separate meters for main supply, D.G supply and Common area load. Taking advantage of the same builder charges almost five times of the main supply rate from the poor residents, who have purchased flat from the builder on the name of "affordable housing society".
3. That is why, residents o[censored]rban Homes have decided to take direct electricity from you which is comparitebly cheaper.
4. We have already paid Rs.17700/ for 3 KVA prepaid meter by which we are getting electricity right now. Residents have paid heavily for entire infrastructure cost of the electricity to the builder and as per Appartment Act also, we have a proportionate share in the Urban Homes.
5. Kindly also install a separate meters for common areas, so that the residents can know the actual load of the common areas.

Under 43 of the Electricity Act, we residents request you to provide electricity connection to us in the end of justice and also institute an F.I.R against all the builders mentioned above as well as against newly elected AOA of the Urban Homes, who are silent on this corrupt practices of the builder, so that we further get rid of from the exploitative attitude of the developers and AOA. Hoping to hear from you at your earliest convenience.

Till July I have paid all electricity bill
Last payment was 246/- of 26July21.
But this month I have got message that bill of 5254/-. Pending

Hamare area me bijli ki bahut katauti hoti hai . Bijli bamuskil 24 ghante me kewal 12 -15 ghante rahti hai.
Kabhi kabhi to 8-8, 9-9 ghante lagatar light badhit rahta hai.

In the area of Khatri para near city convent school, light is fluctuating since morning as increasing the chances to switch off the electric devices due to up and down..Please rectify asap

I use only 200-300 unit in a month why my bill is so high and also change connection to four kilowatt

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have have account [protected] named amlesh devi address- Bukhara bijnor. Our complaint is that we have paid bill no.[protected] through online mode on 8/6/2021. And next day my sister also went to near by counter no. BD002(bill collection centre) she has given amount rs. 1328 to pay but at counter person has received money and given reciept of previous day bill paid through online. We waited for adjusting the bill amount but not yet adjusted. When she went there to ask about the same. He did misbehave with that girl. Kindly look into matter and do needful for us.

उपरोक्त बिल की जांच करवाने पर कोइ जांच नही की जा रही है . अधिकारी को लिखित कंप्लेन देने पर कोई सुनवाई नई कर रहे हैं और उनका हमलोग पर ही आरोप लगा रहे थे की आपके यहां बिजली की क्खपत जायदा है कोई संज्ञान नही लिया गया हे
मैं फ़िर अनुरोध करता हूं कि मीटर की जांच करे और जहा जिस पोल से बिजली की सप्लाई घर के ली की जा रही है उस पोल की जांच करवाए वहा बिना कनेक्शन वालें लोगो ने तार खींचा हुआ है. कृपया करके अधिकारी जांच करवाए.जब तक जांच नही होगी बिल का भुक्तान नही करूणा कृपया करके निष्पक्ष जांच करे. पिछले 2महीने भीसन गर्मी में इतना bill नही आया जीतन अब आया है. क्योंकि गर्मी के मौसम में बिल ज्यादा आना चाहिए था लेकिन वह नहीं आया. अथवा इसकी जांच करे.
