Respected sir,
I am Ram Phal Verma residing in Shri vihar coloney (Ganne ka purwa), near Garib nawaz hotal Tehri puliya kurshi road Lucknow [contact number [protected]]. In our area there is no electric pole near to our house . At present there is a pole but it is very far from our house, due to this all the connections wires swinging which may break the cable and fell on road which is dangerous to all.
So you are kindly requested to look in this matter and provide an electric pole in our locality.

Maximum time doesnot take reading on time

R/o G -215, sector -56 Noida. Observe an issue with the billing amount for July month which is Rs. 1225 however the reading is 117. On an average Rs. 10.47 I'm paying which is very huge.

Kindly fix this issue as due date is very near & send me a revised bill with revised billing amount.

I am a resident of Pushp Vihar Avas Vikas Chandausi Sambhal and this is my second complaint in this week. We haven't received electricity since 5 pm in our locality. The crew catering to this problem is not efficient as at every calamity, there comes a problem with either the transformer or the line supplying electricity. Today we had a 5 minute rain and now the electricity is gone because of that. Therefore, I request you to either appoint competent individuals to look into the problem or change and modernise the equipments. After all, we are paying taxes so that we can get advantage in return!

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I am a residence of Sugamau Mehandipur enclave near tathagata school, munsipulia Indiranagar.
This is to bring you the notice that the transformer had been installed at very close proximity to my house and the line is passing from roof top at just 0.5 meter. There is the continuous sparking, humming and buzzing sound and frequent oil dripping from the transformer....

Dear uppcl, in my area pin code 274402, we never get the bill receipt on time and when we submit our bill then they might gives us bill by adding previous amount on bill. So, please solve this problem as soon as possible. This already happened with me.

I want to complaint about that the person who take the reading is not following covid precautions even he is not wearing the mask and during this pandemic period the electricity department not taking action against this .
I have cctv phootoage and photo of person he is not wearing mask and when we said to wear him to mask he denied and said I am vaccinated I not need to wear mask and not using sanitizer this is my special request to take action against this person who not following covid19 precautions
I have photo as a evidence which I use in the court above attach..
Kindly take action against this person who taking reading in our area.

Aaya hai maine poccha kaise koi jawab mahi kitna unit aaya wo bhi nahi bataa pa rahe hai Aur aaj tarik hai 7/8/2021 abhi tak koi ridding nikale nahi aaya ...Aur na light aati na koi sahi se koi jawab aata hai aap ke paas se .

Meri Request hai agar 10/08/2021 koi ridding nikale nhi aur mujhe bill ka poora details nahi mila to me miter box nikal dunga ...isliye mail kar raha ki aap ne kuch batya nahi aaisa aap na bole ...

Since last two days my power has been cut off and I m continously calling line man but he is not picking up my phone.

This month i have got more than expected electricity bill which is intolerable. Please do something for smart meters.

Frequently power cut is major problem in 211012 pin code area
30 min power come then power go for 15 min. In a day 10-12 times it happens

This is related to our power cut, din few houses we are not getting electricity. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
