I had purchased a frame with lenses vide your invoice co. HR001/15/IN/391471 dt. 21.09.2015 from Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon branch . Within few months the frame was broken was submitted to the branch for replacement on 02.02.2016 . No reply was received from their side, after 2 months when I enquired about the status, that we don't have stock . I was told to collect the refund within 15 days . After 20-25 days when I visited the showroom & was met by Mr. Kumud (Mobile Number - [protected]), who told for another 15 days time for refund. No reply or phone call is received from their side . Now, I had made several visits, but the place is closed. Kindly send my refund for an amount of Rs. 4100/- . Kindly contact at [protected] (Suraj Gupta) for any clarifications.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am selvaraj and my Uid no. 8637 since from 2012 myself and my family visiting vasan eye care(ambattur) for regular check up, 1st the service was good but later it is very bad not at all satisfied, yesterday i went to vasan eye care (ambattur) along with my d/o( uid no.3240) for her regular check up they have not provided the consultation fees receipt and they are not accepting credit card for paying consultation fees.I am unhappy with vasan eye care ambattur branch.

    We are sitting here since a long time, but the receptionist don't know what to answer, they are keep on making excuses.
    The best part is, they kept us waiting for a long time in a hall, where they are not even providing A/C facility. When I asked in receiption than the person start making excuses- he must know that, we are not coming from any remote places..

      Doctors really dont care about peoples time. I have visited vasan kukatpally hyderabad. Toook my appointment at 8am its been more than 3hrs i waited for the doctor to come and give me a standard statement of blink eyes, eye drops and excercise for eyes. This is simply not acceptable when we are told doctor will be checking us at 9.15am and nothinh happens till 11 also... Simply waste of time n money

        Respected organization,
        My self shikha biltiwala, here am complaining against vasan eye care hospital ahmedabad regarding my salary after leaving institute. When i had joined before one year 3months at that time they said you will receive your salary in between 7-10 of first week but but till last month they never give. They always give 20-28 of month afterthat we understand their problem and never complained. But if employee is understanding all their crisis then they should also support to employees. Last month i left company with 11days notice period then they said they will follow offer letter policy and with that they deduct my 25% training fees which they told you will get back on leaving. They cutted my 20days salary and 25% of my salary. But they had given full salary and 25% of deducted salary amount to pre employees who left organization before with less days of notice period. I want my 25%deducted amount back and my experience letter too.
        My heartily request to trustworthy organization for take strict disciplinary action on company because it was my hard earn money.

          I have purchased spectacles with lens in Bommanahalli, Bangalore branch. At the time of purchase they said that they are unbreakable and within less than 6 months they broke. Now, I visited Kukatpally, Hyderabad branch and i spoke to them regarding the breakage, they verified bill and they said that the one u got were not unbreakable. I[censored] want unbreakable it will cost more than the cost u bought for. I asked them to call bangalore branch and when i spoke they said that there will be no unbreakable products available. One branch people are saying one thing and that differs with the other branch. I asked them to take me to their branch manager and they took me to their co-worker and said that he is their Branch Manager. This way they are making their customers Fools.

            Dear sir,

            this is amit bhoyar from nagpur, i used to vasans eye care for my regular check up because i love your facilities so i have been recommend to many patient to visit your facilities.

            Unfortunately after today's event i faced at vasan eye care i will not recommend either any patient or me to visit your facilities any more because violating patient handling policies by you and casual behavior of staff.

            Today i went to vasan eye care for that i took leave from my government office while my tight schedule.
            I reached at clinic i shown access card at reception after some time they called me for depositing consulting fee, i did as per there instruction.

            They said to me wait till they would call. I was waiting my eye's pain increasing gradually and dr are in cabin i saw other patient get off from his cabin. I was still sitting blindly some one will come and assist me. But no one care of my file record to send into dr cabin eventually dr was free, still i was waiting and praying please some one take my file to dr. Cabins my pain exponentially increasing with clock minutes after long running of time now its going to half an hour and pain unbearable even i got physiologically depress but no one care of my file which is dropped in the box staff are busy to wondering here and there and talking to each other on nonsense topic.

            Now, around half an hour when i got angry due to pain as well as job office time deadline about to over,

            i went to reception and politely i said please refund my money i don't want to checkup because i have my job to go, and you didn't send my file to dr cabin even other patient who were came after me they get finished their check up but why don't you have send my file i don't know and now just dr.Leave his cabin.Do you have only dr at your center, they rudely said that sir, you should have to tell us before you were in hurry and you have job or pain. Now dr. Just went for surgery wait still half an hour again in this conversation allotted time get off as well as my patience too, i tear my payment receipt and got off from such nonsense clinic who don't know ethic and integrity.

            I want a copy of your code of conduct and ethics and integrity at work place.

            I am going to file legal action against vasan eye care nagpur for patient harassment and bullying psychologically at work place within a two days for ethics and integrity issue.

              I underwent some sort of retina scanning that costs Rs. 1, 600/- at the Patteri, Kozhikode, Kerala branch.

              The color printout of the scan result in an ordinary A4 paper was handed over to me without putting it any envelop or pouch.

              When I asked for an envelop at the reception counter, it was not available there (the staff had been polite and cooperative). After rummaging a small room resembling a repository, the staff gave me a plastic pouch!!!

              Next was pharmacy. While I was in the queue I saw a couple or more patients in front of me being told by the pharmacy staff that the medicines on their prescription is out of stock and to buy it from the nearby pharmacy outside the hospital.

              I too received the same response from the pharmacy when my turn came.

                Am writing this to let you know people about the service at Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Bommanahali. First of the receptionist calls the patients name wrongly and laughs out with colleagues which is highly embrassing from their side. Second the doctor doesnt have patience to tell the patient about how and when the medicines need to be taken. It was asked to be done by an attendar whom doesnt know English language. Third the pharmacy was not open at that time. Patients has to buy medicines from outside but nearby no medical shops are available. also one of the medicine prescribed was not available in the market which created a lot of confusion and phone calls to the Hospital to know the alternate medicine. It was a bad experience with Vasan eye care hospital. Felt pity to the advertisements that you provide and the service you give.

                  I came to vassan to consult Dr. Sujith Nayanar for my wife. She was a karatoconus patient only starting stage. Doctor advised to have laser treatment on one eye and C3R on both eyes. At first the doc was full of confidence and told this can b recovered. However after 6months the eye went worst. Then wen we consulted him he was loosing confidence. This was rather hopeless and irritating. Even the management was very hostile before giving the payment for C3R, however after all this they turned their bac towards us. I recommend not to go to vassan.

                    Had a check up to my son. Initially they have checked and asked us to con working day. Did the same. Once again they have checked the sight and asked us to come after five days.On Sunday have checked the consulting timings ( which showing 9:00AM to 1:00PM. Though we have reached the hospital before 12:00 noon they said that OP is closed. One person named Mr Madhu (Manager) argued with us and said website is not updated. Don't go by the information in website. If so why the hospital is having website with out proper maintenance. Answers which Mr Madhu has given is not so conveniences. Please look into the same and take necessary action in regards.

                      SPECCS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME, Worst service and careless staff Making patients to wait longer hours.They are not even maintaining patients order also. The only way to make your done is shouting on staff. The STAFFS itself are spoiling the name of vasan eye care.                         This is to bring into your notice that we had approached the Vasan eye care centre at Indira nagar Lucknow for the Lasic opearation of Miss Sonal anand. The Lasic operation was performed at your eye centre on 24th April 2015 by Dr Pushpraj. l. After the operation the patient had approached the vasan eye care centre numerous time with complaints of blurred vision and headache. but she was told that it is a normal thing and clear vision will be restored by 3-4 months. However due to continuous headache and blurred vision when we visited the eye care centre today and undergone the tests a power of 0.5 was detected n both the eyes and no proper reply was given as to why this has happened. Due to this the patient is experiencing a lot of mental stress. Request you to please intervene as this hampers the image of your prestigious institution. Excepting your reply at the earliest.

                          Yeserday, we have visited in vasan eye care fro eye infection. i have payed 100 rupees for registration and 495 rs for treatment. but there is no prescription details . only they provide eye drop only. pls provide me the prescription for the patients. VERY BAD HOSPITAL

                            I went Vasan eye care, Ameerpet, hyderabad for my father cataract operation on July 6th-2015 they cheked and took all required tests and they gave 8th for operation at 8:00 AM, they called 7th 5PM and told there is some technical issues so they told me to take my father to Kukatpally, hyderabad for cataract surgery it will take only 1 hour, I took my father on 8th at 8AM, but there is no one available in hospital and they said to wait and after 15 mins they came and told me to go 4th floor then they told they will start at 9 AM after 9AM I asked it is 9AM then they said 10AM... After 12 PM they took my father to operation theater and my father came out 12:30PM and again they said to wait outside the operation theater for checkup (they said it will take just for 5mins), after they left that place. I waited long time and I checked and find one syster and checked with her she also checked and said to me to wait... after 2 hours 2:30PM doctor came and checked my father and told to leave. I thought to complain the hospital supervisor but they said the supervisor is not available in the hospital its very strange. there is no proper response from the staff, no care for patients, not at all clean hospital, no communication in between the staff. I am really very frustrated with the service provided by the VASAN. I really not suggested to go VASAN.

                              On 6.6.15 we done an operation in your tuticorin branch hospital. At that time we paid the amount of Rs.6000/- to your staff Mr.Thirumani Rajan but he didnot give us the receipt. Before the operation your hospital manager intimated us to pay Rs.6000(Surgery) & Rs.2000(Medicine) only. But after the surgery your councellor forced us to pay extra amount of Rs.14000/-. They don't allow us to talk with the manager. Today 10.06.15 we have the checkup. But your whole staff treated us very bad. Patient checkup didnot done. We need a reply form yourself immediately otherwise we will take the legal action & we will go to the press also.

                                  I went for my mom's eye operation during last week. The doctor who did the operation was Raj. he didnt have sense nor operation. No wheelchairs for patients to come after operation. No anesthesia was given to patient before operation. And the hell was receptionist who didnt know, what was happening. The operation was done in Vasan Eye Care, Karol Bagh. Will never recommend anyone.

                                    sir my mother is a senior citizen and having treatment at ghaziabad branchj of vasan, on 17.02.2015 we have visited and the doctor consult us and ask for the tests i.e. CCT OCT HFA for rs.3200.00 and tell us to come 19.02.2015 but we are waiting here from 10.00 am but no test was made till this time and when i asked for the customer care number the reception denied to give the number and said that one machine is not working of HPA so u have to come another day for the same while on 17.02.2015 the staff said that all the tst will be take 1.30 hours only and till 1.00 pm no test was made and wasting our time ... the UID No is 18093 and the patent name is NIRMAL RALHAN, my phone no is [protected], ADVOCATE GANESHWAR RALHAN.

                                      I VISITED VASAN ON[protected] FOR TESTING OF MY EYES AS THREE MONTHS BEFORE WHEN I VISITED MY EYE GLASSES WERE MADE WRONG SO I REVISITED FOR EXACT NUMBER OF MY EYES. AFTER ALL CHECK-UPS WHEN MY EYES WERE TO BE TESTED THE PERSON WHO WAS INCHARGE OF EYE TESTING TO HIM MY MOTHER TOLD THAT LASTLY WHEN WE VISITED THE EYE POWER NUMBER WAS CHECKED WRONG SO FIRST HE ACCEPTED AND SAID OKAY THIS TIME EYEWILL BE CHECKED PROPERLY. BUT AFTER SOME TIME WHEN I STARTED READING THE LETTERS ON SCREEN HE SHOUTED AND SAID THAT WHAT YOU SEE ONLY TELL THAT IN A VERY ODD VOICE AND HE ALSO COMPLAINED DOCTOR THAT I AM A COPY MACHINE AND DOCTOR SAID THAT TODAY THE EYE NO. COULDN'T BE EXACTLY FINDED BUT I ASK WHAT WAS THE NEED OF CHECKING MY EYES FOR CATRACT? I AM NOT HAVING ANY SUCH PROBLEM OLD . AFTER ALL MY EYE GLASSES WERE NOT MADE AS DOCTOR CHECKED MY EYES PUTTING eye DROP .                                         Hi my name is Samadhan Katkar & i am from Mulund Mumbai, i did my Lasik operation for my right eye under the cashless treatment on 18th Dec 2013 in Mulund Hospital when Vasan was high on media, trust me till the time of my operation i was just pushed to get my left eye also treated which was not required.
