I have ordered kurtha in veera zara, for kurtha vide o - no-#39048 dt. On 17.12.2018 rs-755/-
On 2.12.2018 i recived the goods awb no[protected]. I paid the cash rs-755/-, after that i opened the goods, in that one dirty sarree is thier, then i come to know its a cheated company.
I paid the cash rs-755/- kindly help me to get back the cash of mine

I have seen the veerzara site in facebook and saw very attractive offer on kurti. Veerzara limited edition kurti 86 which price was stated 399+100 (Delivery charge)+gst=total 539. I paid 540on cod. Unfortunately after opening the package saw a torn damaged saree. Tried to call the contact given but unreasonable. Even there was no proper address mentioned.
Finally bitterly realized it's a fraud site.
I lost all faith on online shopping. Kindly look into it as there shouldn't be any more victim like me.

Because it is too cost. I have less money. How could you send uesd saree . I could buy new saree not used saree in khurda, jatni address. Because iam in jatni city. Any way please tell how to exchange my saree. It's cost 499: but shipping charges are very heavy. Total 647/-

That saree was not same saree, saree was used and also wrong saree. How could you careless your costumers. Please exchange that saree and give my orderd saree as soon as possible. And pehele aap dekh lijiye kounsa saree pack kar rahe ho uske bad shipping ke liye vejiye itna careless kaise ho sakte ho. Ek saree order karo to used saree vej rahe ho. Pehele dekho phir uske baad vejo thik h. Useless ki tarah kaam kyun kar rahe ho. Mera sahi saree vejo please

I ordered designer gown and got old Saree. Worst quality. My order # 49855. I paid 1833 for 3.and all worst... I tried to call them. But mobile number is not reachable.

Please lodge my complaint .i want refund of 1833 through paytm no. [protected].

These people are cheating the customer badly. Please help me get refund.

I had ordered a lehenga for 863 rupees and was delivered a cloth pathetic looking and absolutely bad quality. It was just a plain cloth and not the lehenga i paid for. Please help in refund process.
I just want to tell that this mode of earning money is absolutely wrong. I[censored] cheat someone's innocence and faith in you, there is someone above you who is watching it all. Always remember u will have to pay refund to what you do.

Ordered a saree from veerzara online. The order number was #22874). Product name veerzara limited edition saree (Veerzara limited edition saree 164, ₹5, 000.00 ₹499.00 i received a totally incorrect product (Old duppatta) and it's a poor cloth which i have received it on 24th dec & now i am unable to contact the seller. This site doesn't have any address or contact no. Even the refund order is placed twice. I paid rs. 647/-please lodge my complaint & please help me to get my amount credited to bank account...

I order pink kamdani lehanga n i was so happy to receive it early. But when i opened the box my anger burst out.. I got a very bad 100 rs synthetic saree. This is not the way to cheat customers like this..

This website which is called veer zaara. I ordered 3 lehangas from there and instead of that they sent me old sarees. This is disgusting. My money of 2373 is wasted as well. No one is responding as the mobile number provided is wrong by them. Also mail address is dormant, the mobile number is waste as some random person is picking the call. While placing return on website it is showing as error. This is clearly a fraud and ditching people taking their money.

I have ordered a suit from veer zara internet website for rs. 699. But when i received the parcel, the amount which i need to pay is rs. 863 and product i received is completely different d very very low quality product, it's a saree of 100 rs.
It was very heartful d this site play with our emotions which is not at all correct. Kindly help me in getting the refund from this fake site.

I have ordered a dress from this site. Order number 26516 total amount is rs863/-. What i received is a cheap piece of cloth worth nothing. I tried to call the whtsup number given in packet but it is switched off. I filled return refund form but no answer. Kindly refund the amount. This is a fake website meant for making fool out o[censored]s. Please guys be careful.

I had ordered a Saree from this website. Not only did I not get the wrong product but also a cheap quality product. I had tried refund process from there site, there is no response from them. There provideed number is switched off. I don't know whom else to contact. I have already raised a complaint before but have received no response from anyone. I kindly request you to take strict action against them. And request you to take necessary action so that I get my money refunded.

I ordered 2 lenghas from veer zara.. Order no. 25368.. I received my parcel through fashion hub express.. I paid rs 1618.. I received 2 used sarees. Which is unexpected. I requested to refund the amount i paid bt i didn't get any response from them. I tried contacting every possible contact.. But i didn't received any response.. I had ordered one lehnga and one gown but have received some dress material of cheap quality. There is no contact details given even the email address provided is wrong. The mobile number provided is switched off and i am not able to contact anyone for return and refund. On the site they have given the return and refund form i have filled that but no response. They have provided space for message also but i am not able to send message as it shows error in sending message. Please let me know if you anybody can help regarding this.

I have ordered a saree worth ₹647 online. They had provided wrong saree n i'm not even able to contact them. And the saree they provide was such a low quality. The mobile number provided is switched off. The mails are not getting delivered. They said they will contact shortly but till now no response. It's highly unprofessional and i kindly request you to take strict action against these people so that they don't do these kind of fraud again in future.

I've ordered party wear suit but when I open the parcel that was worst quality dusting cloth like material which was not at all the one which I ordered.
After claiming and filling money return form also I didn't get any response from them.

I saw this site on facebook. I remember browsing for kurtas and added a few in the cart. I don't remember placing an order at all. 2 days back, i receive text messageyour fashionhub express package with delhivery awb[protected] cannot be delivered because the area is not serviceable. It is available for selfpickup @ 350 jireh building, lower chanmari, aizawl-796007 for 48 hrs else it will be returned. So, i picked up the parcel today, i've paid 755.00 for it. It was an old sari, which was completely wet and moist!!! I swear i never ordered any saree. Now i'm so worried sick. Whenever i tried to send a message it says error sending message, try again later. I've already send a mail and gave my ac no and ifsc no as well. Could you please help

This is not acceptable.
They cannot do this fraud with customers .

I ordered a gown of rs 754. But got dirty torn saree. 1st time i have ordered clothes from online very upset they cheat people. It's a fake site... What i received is a very cheap cloth quality. Strange part is no address is mentioned from where it is sent. No contact details found on the site. I have mailed to the email mentioned but all mails bounce back.

I have filled return form also but no reply from there side.

Now i m trying to contact no one responding.

I ordered a lahanga cost rs 863. As soon as i ordered it i received a message for otp and ordered successfully placed.
This is such a fraud company making coustomers fool and making money out of it. They send me a torn cheap quality saree like even a beggar wont wear it at all.
This is i think only india where there are such a bad and fake sites and doing all these rubbish things to make money.
I just want my money back through paytm transfer.

How can we take a step forward to through this company and all of these people away

If you are reading this and already have ordered something from this site you cant cancel it noe but what you can do is :
Don’t pay the delivery man money, take the parcel - open it in front of him and through it on his face.

The company i'm talking about is veer zara online shopping site. Which is a fake fraud company that sell false products. The paste you products not even worth 100 rs. This was the worst site i've ever visited. Thing which i ordered are completely differently from the products they show on the website. Whatever you order you get cheap old used sarees.

I ordered veerzara limited edition dresses 85 but i recieved a worst product and a different product. Please help to refund money. Order no. 27728. I received the order today. I received a defective saree which i didn't ordered. I want my refund back, i am being cheated. The website displayed different products and the customers received different products. 😤please help me out. I ordered the product via cash on delivery.

We had ordered for from site veer zara, as it had fancy dresses. We ordered of amount 1500. We received sarees instead which is of very cheap quality. We tried to contact for refund but no one is responding. We tried to call many times but the phone is switched off, we halve spend soo much money on it. And the cloth is of poor quality., do take action against them. And we want our money back. Do something please
