My name shivakumar connection name nagaraj i was using 97704890 i am flexy pack past 5 years intentionally it company forcing use 500 inr pack i called multiple times nodal team cc team nobody picking if pick they saying we do not know i tried all options change my package every one saying we have millions of customer u do not use dth remove dth this way if service it company providing what i requesting change packages flexy add-on existing i have many friends i said do not use dth and also do not take videocon dth
Becoz i suffered lot no one can suffer like me

videocon d2h always issue they packages and all packaged more than 300 inr.
Every month 2 times issue any technician visit 200 inr we need pay, i thought only issue in my dth connection i
checked with my friends every one said always issue with video con dth this frequent issue videocon dth called customer down grade plan they tell we cannot downgrade you need pay 400 inr for basic pack and if call nodal team drop mail they never reply all costly no use, kind request pls do not take cheating videocon dth pls go with other airtel dth, sun dth, tata sky dth upcoming jio dth, airtel dth, sun dth, tata sky dth my friends saying this dth very good also videocon dth all dealers saying do not take videocon dth worst very costly no channels and nobody care pls do not vidocon dth
