Vijay sales have a ### marketing strategy that they initially received all the orders for apple days sale which was from 24 dec to jan 4 which they making delay to ship the order by saying stock will be available today or tomorrow. I ordered phone via online portal in vijay sales on 28th december 2022. But am not getting the delivery status of my order when it will be delivered.

i tried to call their customer care. But no response from them. everytime same answer it will be delivered within 2 to 3 days. But iwill not happen.

i had worst experience with their customer service. I want to know the when it will be delivered.

I have ordered an Apple watch from the Vijay Sales Online Website on April 19-2022, I expected it to be received in 1-3 business days as specified in the website. But even after 4 days I haven't received any communication from Vijay sales team, So I called the help line number of Hyderabad - then they replied that my order is not even placed and they processed on my call.

Now i expected it to arrive at least in next 3 days...

I bought a liebherr dr 2240-20 red refrigerator from vijay sales, santacruz branch during the diwali sales on 29 oct 2019. The service staff highlighted that this was a german brand and the fridge has awesome features and is a great energy saving product. What they forgot to mention is that it requires defrosting every 3 days and cleaning up of the back tray every 3 days when the water collects there.
