Cancelation of my product

This is to escalate, its been more than 10 days I have ordered a Amazon fire stick. Since then, haven't received any update. Also, tried contacting all the given nos. but couldn't reach any.

Although u have 12 % customer satisfaction n 1049 complaint as of now n mines is 1050.
U guys make good money but will never be satisfied with what you have as u completely cheat those customers who trust your sales personnel when it comes to buying a new electronic item.
Well u will spend all the money earned in hospital in icu n medicines.👍👍

extended warranty

Hello.
I am a regular buyer and over the years i have purchased a lot of electronic goods worth more then 5 to 6 lakhs and the costliest was the microsoft surface pro and for which we were not given not informed by your dealer which he has to in 45 days about the extended warranty now my product is on warranty still but it's a part of negligence from your sales manager and it is not acceptable at all hence i request you to pls do...

no installation or demo even after 10 days of product delivery

Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. regarding late submission of my loan documents & penalty in result of that.

The thing is first time your executive had sent the improper and clearly not visible of my signature docs to the bank. So, bank has refused that. vise air conditioners

I never recommend any one because i complain for repair 1st oct and then 16 days let they repair. When i call they say we don't have staff and some time say we will come tody or we will come tomorrow. And after that 16 days they come to my home and repair but with in 11 hours air conditioners again same problem and after that when i call staff behaved very rude. And on june 2018 the t. V's display were got foul,
So we give complaint to vijay sales, they send man from besides phillips company, he came and checked the television and wrote the complaint and charged the fee of 2500/- rs.

blast of glass of elica cooktop turno 654 ct covered under warranty is charging for repair

The executive nilesh pardeshi picked phone and before listening to querry mentioned damages are chargable, without enquiring for warranty/guarantee or understanding the seriousness of problem.

replacement of washing machine

As we took the machine they said good but as it came to our house it wash damaged the spin buffer of it is broken and that we got to know when we first tried then only we got to know that there's a leakage if we hadn't then we would not know it. So our request is to change the washing machine. The demo man (Aurangzeb khan) also had come and he had also took our reviews....

duplicate invoice

Hi,

I am dilip bamne, old customer of vijay sales, i am following up with vijay sales customer care since past 2-3 days for invoice for my sony led tv which has been bought 2-3 years ago and now i am facing issues with this product.

This is very sad to say vijay sales service is very poor now a days and they are not able to manage customers problem.
