I ordered an iPhone by making full payment on 02 Jan with delivery date of 6 Jan. However, I am yet to receive any update on my order. I have called and emailed a number of times 😕 but very ambiguous answers are being given by call centre staff. Moreover, no response via email has been received so far.

We had purchased a Faber cooktop from Vijay sales. At the time of purchase we were not informed about that the coating on cooktop would get removed once the cooktop is heated. However, we were only inform that stands were of brass and of good quality. Only after 5 days o[censored]se the coating started to get removed and the stand of the cooktop turned from black to grey. When we inform the same to the faber technician and Vijay sales they told us that the coating would get removed when exposed to heat. However we argued that the work of cooktop is to provide heat and cook the food and from day one it would definitely be exposed to heat.
Please help me either replace or refund the product.

Could you please provide an update regarding my order VS[protected].

I placed an order on 03rd Jan, its still not delivered.

Instead of standard emi payment, full payment has been debited for order no VS[protected]. Order has been cancelled kindly refund the amount.

I have order Apple Watch on 1st Jan. Excepted delivery date was 3rd of Jan, but order is not yet processed even after 5 days.
No one is responding over email, not picking up call when calling on help line number to check order status. I asked them to cancel my order over mail, but no response. Such a fraud company. Never visit this website. They are no refunding my 50k hard-earned money. Customer support is very bad.

I ordered for Iphone 15 pro max white and received Iphone 15 plus blue (price difference around 80k less from the actual product ordered).

I tried to reach out to the customer support multiple times via email and call but no one is responding.

Subject: Request for Refund and Resolution Regarding Unethical Sales Practice

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unsettling experience I recently had at Vijay Sales Bhiwandi, and to request your immediate assistance in rectifying the matter.

On 24/12/2023, I visited your store and made a purchase of a refrigerator amounting to Rs. 17, 000, along with a 2-year extended warranty priced at Rs. 1, 233, availing an exchange offer for my old refrigerator resulting in a discount of Rs. 1, 000. The total bill I paid on that day amounted to Rs. 17, 233. Additionally, as per the sales representative’s assurance, I was promised a complimentary Bajaj iron.

However, upon the delivery of the purchased items the following day, I was presented with a revised bill indicating a total cost of Rs. 16, 634. I immediately noticed a discrepancy in the amount, realizing that the promised Bajaj iron, supposedly offered as a complimentary product, was actually billed at a reduced price of Rs. 599. This realization was deeply concerning, as it indicated a breach of trust and unethical sales conduct.

Subsequently, I approached the store to seek clarification and request a refund of the amount for the Bajaj iron, considering it was initially promised as a complimentary item. To my dismay, the store manager informed me that the Bajaj iron was an add-on product and thus not eligible for a refund. Despite explaining my perspective and asserting that I intended to return the Bajaj iron and reclaim the deducted Rs. 599, I was informed that it was mandatory to purchase the Bajaj iron and that the amount was non-refundable. This response was not only disheartening but also raised serious concerns about coercion in sales practices.

As a regular and loyal customer of Vijay Sales, I have always appreciated the transparency and professionalism demonstrated by your esteemed establishment. However, this recent incident has left me greatly dissatisfied and feeling misled. I strongly believe that this practice of including an additional charge for a supposedly complimentary item is unfair and unethical.

Hence, I earnestly request your intervention and prompt resolution of this matter. I kindly ask for the refund of the Rs. 599 deducted from the revised bill and a reassurance that such misleading practices will not be repeated with any customer in the future. I trust that Vijay Sales holds customer satisfaction and ethical business practices in the highest regard and will take swift action to rectify this situation.

Please consider this letter as a formal request for a refund and an appeal for ethical conduct in sales practices. I eagerly await your prompt response and a favorable resolution to restore my faith in Vijay Sales.

My name is mohan Rahangdale. I have purchased 1 washing machine and 1 tv from your showroom on last Sunday dated 17th December. One of your lady staff who work in kotak finance name is prerna. She was process my finance and open my Bank account in kotak without my permission. Today When I got 1 message from kotak bank then I called her but she didn't receive my call and didn't get reply for my messages. Who she will work like a fraudulent in your showroom. Without my permission how can she open my account. Please take strictly action on her. Otherwise I will take action from my side on her and also in your store also

Its really upsetting that at the time of my order delivery was showing to be delivered in 2 to 3 days by 15 dec. I placed order on 13th dec and my order is still showing as processing.

I didnt receive any information yet on my order over call or message or email about delay and further delivery dates.

I called customer care twice but they also see the same page as a customer does and they dont have a clue about the order. There are no escations numbers or manager where we can speak.

WHERE IS THE ORDER AND HOW LONG EXACTLY IT WILL TAKR FOR DELIVERY ?

I am regretting that i should have ordered from Amazon instead.

I had placed an order VS[protected] on 3rd dec 2023 and the delivery date was 6th. As on 6th dec 2023 after checking I found out that the invoice itself is not generated. I did not expect such pathetic service from a brand like Vijay Sales.

I had ordered a Nothing Phone 1 through the Vijay Sales website on Monday and the expected delivery shown was within 1-3 days. Even now if I track my order it is still in process and awaiting Invoicing.. if you take more than 2 days just to invoice a product then how will you deliver it within 1-3 days? Even calling on helpline is useless because no response from the Customer Care. I request to please deliver my order ASAP.

Iphone 15 plus 256gb pink color, I have order on 24 nov 2023 and still not recieved the order

I have placed the order where the amount is debited of RS.24048 but immediately it's cancelled. When they refund the amount is of Rs.23543. That means they deducted of Rs505 for the transaction amount of Rs.24048. which is completely wrong terms and conditions they have applied in their Vijay sales refund process for the customer. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please find the email where they clearly mention that upto 4% is deducted in invoice amount an then refund the rest amount.

Purchased Amstrad TV from Dombivli branch in the word of Vijay sales inside sales executive (Mr.Karan).

Within 2 to 3 days we had few issues on TV so we decided to take this issues to showroom but as we all know these mediator brands are only focused on selling the product they are not concerned about the CUSTOMER issues, (Mr Amit - who doesn't know the CUSTOMER ethics (I am surprised who took his interview and how he was hired for CUSTOMER grievance) I don't know why higher officials wait at exit and ask ### questions to CUSTOMER.

Even 12th failed people will do better than they do.

So we returned home with no solutions.

I have been chasing with Vijay Sales Customer care team for technician visit since 7th Nov'23, I hv been assured by tema that technician will be visiting but none of them turned up till the time. I hv been told on calls that they hv stuck in the traffic, will b visiting by evening since last 5 days but all fake commitment did not fulfil yet. Vikas said same will be done by 10th Niv at 10 am but no one has yet come to resolve the issue.
This is very pathetic irresponsible and ignorant attitude from.Vijay Sales. Shame Shame and big Shame.

Issue is not yet addressed, forget about resolution.

I want that issue should be addressed and resolved on urgent basis.

I have ordered an iPhone 15 plus on 8th Nov 2023, and it was supposed to delivered on 10th Nov but because of these guys I didn't receive my item on time. I have to gift this to some one on Diwali but because of them I am embraced. I had called many times their customer care they didn't provide sufficient information. If I call them they told that we can't help on Online orders.

Very very pathetic service from these cheaters.

I had ordered first time on Vijay sales after seening there positive reviews but I request you please don't order from these guys.

I will recomend all of you and my friends please don't buy any thing.

Service Engineer not available till date for Liebherr Refrigerator installation. Delivery received on 25 October. Kindly take action for above mentioned problem as refrigerator still required to fit door opening handle as it will be done by service Engineer coming for demo as informed by Vijay sales miraroad branch manager. Please do it ASAP.

This complain is regarding delivery of refrigerator not on time and wrong commitments

We had visited vijay sales kalyan branch on 24 Oct (Dussehra ) for buying refrigerator, however we met your executive Aman who explained and at that period of time gave the best sale pitch for selling the product.

As per the discussion we wanted to buy Samsung new offer refrigerator model where there were offer of free washing machine but due to space issue at home we were not sure that could fit at our place so we had kept a second option of Haier refrigerator which was confirmed incase Samsung didn’t fit at home.

After all discussion and confirmation with the sale executive as discussed with him he told to pay 500 advance amount and book it and confirm the final refrigerator after reaching home we agreed to him and made advance pay

Once reached home we informed him about Haier refrigerator confirmation as Samsung didn’t fit the most important part was we asked multiple time about confirmation on same offer which will be available next day and also most critical was we required the delivery on 26 Oct as it was my birthday gift

Next day as per our commitment my husband reached to kalyan vijay sales and Now the turn over and wrong commitment started just to complete the sales target

The first day which he turned was the same offer is not available now (cash back ) why ?
What was executive doing ? Was he sleeping when we were asking that will the offer continue next day he was clear and sharp to say YES now what happened?

There was a female senior also in that discussion when husband went to make the payment who denied completely and in front shouting why such executive are part of vijay sales when they don’t know how to deal with customer
Is this type of service expected from such BRAND

Later in evening we get call from executive now the issue is we don’t have stock available in warehouse and which was supposed to get delivered is defective
Now the delivery will not happen before 30 Oct

R we fools sitting here what type of commitments are this ?

I m sorry to say but in such huge completion in retail if this is what vijay sales is committing no one will come to your showroom next time

Now moral of the story we don’t want the refrigerator any more as the day and birthday both have lost so request you to kindly refund the entire Amt with same source and also pay the penalty of spoiling our big day and a written apology acknowledgment from vijay sales

Kindly do the needful as soon possible without wasting a single day and kindly arrange a call so can share you all the order details and bill copy

I have ordered my product 2 days before but i have not received the product yet.My product is seemed to be invoiced but not shipped yet. I m not satisfied with your delivery service.This was my first order from your website .I felt very dissatisfied.
