Can you please support your claim with any kind of official proof! You just can't, because this news is baseless and completely false.
It is really getting beyond my understanding why you guys are trying to play smart. Why you all are targeting one person and not the others who are actually responsible for all the goo[censored]ps.
Why nobody is talking about how to complete the stalled projects of AN Buildwell or what is the way out for the buyers! Why???
Well, after reading your post I tried checking it online. I didn't find anything. I even contacted some of my friends in the legal fraternity. They also could not confirm about this. You know, I then searched for more such pieces on this platform itself and came across 7-8 posts which were posted yesterday itself. Surprisingly, every post was talking the same thing, as if all of them were planted with one agenda, malign the reputation of one person.
I tried to analyze the who situation and slowly all the clouds got cleared.
So here is the actual fact behind this negative campaign. Mr. Hooda, the director of AN Buildwell got arrested by the EOW few days back and Mr. Gandhi, the other director is absconding. And therefore, it is their deliberate effort to shift attention to Bhalla, cook stories around him and confuse everyone, both the buyers as well as the authorities.
My question to you Mr. Aadarsh is, how this false information is going to help the buyers of AN Buildwell? What should they do with it? Should they celebrate as the passport of some XYZ is seized! How actually they get benefited out of this whole propaganda???
Come to the point and tell everyone when is AN Buildwell completing the project, else refunding its buyers??
Seems the worry is different. No one and i will repeat no one is worried about our fate! As you rightly said Mr. Hooda / Ghandi and his team are behind all this! It's a deliberate effort to shift focus on something else. Hence all these Fake / Cook stories.
I am sure Authorities are doing there job and we should soon get our homes! Rest for these karmas both Hooda and Ghandi will pay - either now or in near future.
