I am sarafaras ahmmed with USN:1HK10MEO91, I signed upon the edits portal using USN and for the mobile number verification step, I never received my OTP.
Now I’m unable to login as is says that mobile verification is not complete and there is no other option to resend the OTP. Can you please resend the OTP or provide the login details . Currently I’m residing at uae and I registered through my Indian mobile no. Since I need to submit my certificate for ministry of education I need to get a genuinity certificate from vtu, to progress with online payment I need to first login to account so please resolve the issue as soon as possible to process further.

      I am looking to request for Application for the Certificate for Medium of Instruction from VTU as I was studying in BVBCET. I am unable to access the portal as the OTP is not received at my number or it doesn't even allow to reset the password. Please help me with it.
