Forgot password and otp, provide me reset option for login...

I have made an attempt to sign up for eDDTS with my USN but I didn't get any OTP for verification. Please send the OTP or reset my account so that I can signup newly. Please contact me on email [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

While it is great to provide online service to raise requests to send transcripts, it is also important to make it reliable and efficient.

Please ensure the availability of https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ website at all time....

I completed my degree in 2022 and applied for eddts in September for provisional and transcript but till now I didn't receive password .I want this things for higher studies please consider this as priority...

I filled the signup form for eddts with my phone number but didn't recieved any OTP so i am struck in the middle and cannot go any further in the process without an OTP so i need a solution for this or reset my form so i can apply again.

I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my TransScript to submit and proceed with my admission.

I am Samadrita Roy Chowdhury, USN: 1RI17EC021, I wanted to obtain official transcript of my course. As i logged in and after signing up, I am not receiving any OTP from electronic document delivery service (eDDTs) . Hence I am not able to sign in and receive my transcripts.
