I did not received opt for eddts system on my phone no [protected] so i am unable to sign in to eddts portal so request to provide my otp through email its urgent its been 2-3 months and not getting help from helpline number and not getting response to any of the e-mails.

    I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
    So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for transcript and medium of instraction. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
    Can you please send me the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

          Hi I registered with eDDTs but did not recieve the OTP and hence not able to proceed further. Please help. I want to register again giving another phone number, but each time I try doing, it says the USN is already registered. Please help
