I have paid 564.16 Rs amount for pdc including the taxes. The amount got deducted from my bank account but in the eddts website it's still showing me payment as failure and to repay the amount again. I have not received refund of the amount yet. So please refund the amount as soon as possible to my bank account. I have attached the payment screenshot for your reference.

Hi there, I see many has faced the same issue as they didn’t receive OTP. Not sure how to proceed ahead or what are the other options as at this point I feel helpless, can you please Either send me OTP or provide a solution? Thank you

I registered on the eDDTS website a few minutes ago with all the requested details. I do not have an Indian number and hence gave my international number. The system is not designed to facilitate this process for anyone living abroad. I would appreciate receiving my OTP at the earliest so that I can go ahead and request for documents necessary for my university.

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number. It's been more than 15 days
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for a migration certificate. It's really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

The date of applying for the PDC and transcript certificate is[protected] but still i didn't get any certificate. The payment was done but I didn't get any text message but I received an msg on the screen that payment is successful so i did final submission also but didn't get documents. Please check and inform me when I get these documents. I am attaching payment transaction id and tracking details .

Many times i sent mail and called but university not responding . my friend applied 1 month back today he get the certificate but he request many times .

i will going file the complaint against the university in police station.
you all people doing what i don't know .you taking money from students in all situations but you not ready to respond aslo.
important is pdc we will get within 15 days that's why applied otherwise i can take degree certificate directly why i need to pdc bcz its urjent. that's why i applied and you still not providing and also not responding to mail and not respondings call.

I registered for EDDTS few months ago and never got OTP for verifying the account. There is no option for resending the OTP and also the websites say that "Applications will NOT be accepted through E-mail. Apply the following application’s and payment through https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ ( Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System) only."
I'm currently in need of some documents and this system is clearly not working out for me.

I registered through Vtu EDDTS portal ( eddts.vtu.ac.in/verify_otp.php) using my USN, Mobile number and mail id, I got a popup saying OTP has been sent to my registered number, and I have to verify it against my number to sign in and get Password from VTU, I neither received OTP to verify nor the password further. I'm unable to access the portal due to this.
Also i provided a Canadian Phone Number [protected] - if an Indian Phone number is needed please send to [protected]
Could you please help me get through this.

Dear VTU,

My name is Bhardwaj Pothnis and my USN is 1JB11ME015. I am trying to verify my mobile number for VTU's online portal, but I am not receiving the OTP. I have tried multiple times and still have not received the OTP.

I also tried to reset my password, but it says that my USN or mobile number is incorrect. I have double-checked my information and it is correct.

Kindly advise on how to get this issue resolved as I need to access my VTU account for applying for transcripts as I will enroll for further studies in Ireland.

I did my transaction and money get deducted from my bank account and i get mail that the transaction is successful but in the portal they are saying the transaction is failed and I'm unable to complete the transaction .it shows that I need to pay the fee 1st before going hit final submission Please solve the issue as soon as possible, because i paied 550₹ for PDC and money get deducted from my bank account and i have proof so please solve the issue because i paied fee yesterday night and I'm calling and writing mails but i didn't get any response from VTU so far .
Same thing happened to my friend last time were she literally last 1500₹

I tried to register my mobile number but when I enter the OTP, it says that the mobile number is already registered but when I try to login it says that my mobile number is not registered
