Address: Belgaum

I wanted to apply for MOI (Medium of Instruction) Certificate, as per guidelines, I hit the url (https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/) to apply for the same. Since I'm not registered before I tried to signup, but when I enter my USN it says "USN : 4**06EC*** is already registered." - neither have I registered before nor there's reset password option. Please help as it's urgent.

        Hello, I am Srihari Prahlad, a recent graduate from BMSIT&m. I tried to apply for my PDC 3 days ago but while registering I haven't got any otp to verify my mobile no. Hence, Im not able to go forward with applying for the provisional degree certificate.
        I have to submit the document to my current employer, hence consider this matter urgent and please provide a solution. Thank you.

                  I recently registered on vtu eddts portal to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up and proceed further to receive the password. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

                                        I tried registering/signing up through eddts, although the process was successful, i have not received any OTP and password.
