    Hello
    This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to the EDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue the portal should send me an OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP and I'm not able to verify my mobile number.

I tried to reach the concerned department contact number and the email but didn't hear back from them.             Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I'm Chandana T, bearing USN- 1OX17IS010. I have graduated in 2021 from The Oxford College Of Engineering. I've registered for eddts portal. When I try to log in, it says Incorrect username or password. There's no option to reset the password in the portal. I need to apply for a transcript, Please it is very urgent for me to apply and get the documents. At least send the OTP to my registered mail so that i can reset the password.

              I am Vaishnavi Verma from SMVIT, Bangalore
              bearing usn number 1MV18EC115.
              I had registered for my PDC document through the provided link of EDDTS on 22 Aug, 2022.
              However, i still haven't got the verification OTP.I mailed to VTU as well as EDDTS but haven't got any response so far.
              In order to complete my onboarding process with the companies, i need my PDC document at the earliest in this week or else my offer letter will be withdrawn.
              I request you to look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

                      I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get the password, it's been more than 2 week

                                I have registered using wrong mobile number. Now when i try to register again it is saying i have already registered in this USN.
                                And am not able to login because it is asking me the OTP from the wrong mobile number that i have entered. Please help me to resolve my issue

                                      Hi, i received the OTP to login to eddts site and mobile number is verified but i have not received the login password for 2 weeks( USN 4VV14CS023)
                                      I have sumitted a valid proof.
