I have registered using wrong mobile number. Now when i try to register again it is saying i have already registered in this USN.
And am not able to login because it is asking me the OTP from the wrong mobile number that i have entered. Please help me to resolve my issue

    I have registered on eddts.vtu.ac.in portal. My USN is 1RE05CS042. I have not received the password yet for the portal. I am not able to try registering again or reset the password as well. Please help.

    Resolved - Received password to registered mobile number. I had sent email to [email protected], "[email protected]" with registered university seat number on Sep 6th and received password on 7th Sep 22.

        Hi, i received the OTP to login to eddts site and mobile number is verified but i have not received the login password for 2 weeks( USN 4VV14CS023)
        I have sumitted a valid proof.
        Please help me resolve this issue I need to submit an application to a University for my higher education.

              Despite registering (sign up) on the EDDTS web portal to get my PDC and OT two weeks ago, I have not received the OTP for mobile verification. After trying to register (sign up) again after a day, it says your USN has already been registered. Please resolve this issue ASAP as I need them urgently.

                      For 3 days, I hadn't received the OTP, so I visited the VTU Bangalore office, and they resolved it and I received OTP and password. They said, they called the main branch and got it resolved.

                                        I am Sivakama Sundari K (USN: 1OX18CS078), from The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore. I completed my 8th semester in the month of July 2022. I registered on the EDDTS portal on 17th August 2022 and verified my mobile number - +91 [protected] on the same day.

                                        But I still have NOT received the password for login yet.

                                        My organization requires me to submit my Provisional Degree Certificate ASAP. Please send the password to my mobile number as soon as possible.
