I am trying to apply for provisional certificate via eddts. I had registered but didn't received OTP for the verification of mobile number. I've waited over 2 days but haven't received OTP yet. I tried to contact also but the landline is busy. I request you to please resolve my problem. Without verification I can't do the next steps. Its very urgent.

I've applied for sending my transcripts to abroad university through VTU's new EDDTS portal. Since I need to submit my credentials to my university asap else they'll withheld my admission, it requires immediate solution.

I have made the payment and I see that in the "Pay Fees" webpage. However, I cannot go to the Final Submission page as an error is thrown saying that the fees has not been paid. (I have an email acknowledgement saying that the transaction was completed and the amount has been debited from the payment account.)

Attached are the snapshots supporting my complaint. My application ID is VTU2139426 and USN is 1AY18EC124. There are no email IDs or helpline numbers provided for EDDTS services and I need immediate resolution from VTU to confirm receipt of payment and provide me with services. I've tried calling multiple times and no one seems to respond. It's been 3 days and the problem still resides. I'm not even able to apply for any further documents, given that VTU takes a lot of time for processing any kind of documents, it puts me on spot on not knowing on how to proceed. Further we can't go and get documents in-hand.

I had signed up and submitted the proof and received the OTP on 18th August 2022. But i am yet to receive my password for the login and hence I am not able to apply for PDC.

I desperately need the PDC as soon as possible to submit it at my working place.

So i kindly request you to provide me
the password so that I can apply for PDC.

Please consider my request as it is utmost important for me.

I made an online payment of Rs 800 via UPI transaction for registration of vtu convovcation 2022. The transaction was done on August 12, 2022.
The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu and my dashboard status shows pending under transaction status.
Kindly resolve my issue and update my dashboard status or get my money refunded. I have attached the UPI transaction receipt below.

I had registered on the Online Payment website https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ few weeks ago. But neither did I get any OTP nor did I get any verification confirmation. Now it is not allowing me to sign up again, saying I am already registered. I am currently residing in the USA and had provided my US phone number while signing up. If that is the problem then please un-register my account so that I can submit my details again with an Indian mobile number. Otherwise please send me the OTP to my email. I am in urgent need of transcripts and I have tried to follow up multiple times over phone and emails. My registration number is 1BI99CS065.

Hi, this is Surya S, USN 1MJ18ME131. I have applied followed the procedure mentioned in the circular provided by VTU date August 16.

I signed up and submitted the proof and recived the OTP on 17th August 2022. I am yet to receive my password for the login and hence I'm not able to apply for my PDC.

I have to submit all my documents to my employer by 24th including the PDC.

I request you to kindly provide me with the password so that I can apply for my PDC and hope to receive by 24th.

Please consider this request at the utmost importance as I could lose my employment.

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
