I've applied for sending my transcripts to abroad university through VTU's new EDDTS portal. Since I need to submit my credentials to my university asap else they'll withheld my admission, it requires immediate solution.
I have made the payment and I see that in the "Pay Fees" webpage. However, I cannot go to the Final Submission page as an error is thrown saying that the fees has not been paid. (I have an email acknowledgement saying that the transaction was completed and the amount has been debited from the payment account.)
Attached are the snapshots supporting my complaint. My application ID is VTU2139426 and USN is 1AY18EC124. There are no email IDs or helpline numbers provided for EDDTS services and I need immediate resolution from VTU to confirm receipt of payment and provide me with services. I've tried calling multiple times and no one seems to respond. It's been 3 days and the problem still resides. I'm not even able to apply for any further documents, given that VTU takes a lot of time for processing any kind of documents, it puts me on spot on not knowing on how to proceed. Further we can't go and get documents in-hand.
