I recently registered on vtu eddts portal to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up and proceed further to receive the password.

        I am not able to sign up for the for the EDDTS Portal. My USN is : 1BY18CS213 (Sneha Shrestha). I need to apply for PDC, Transcript and Migration Certificate.           My documents have not been issued yet. I finalized the applications on 20th August, it's been 12 days now but still my PDC has not been issued, including the soft copy. I am a VTU student bearing USN: 1BH17CS001 and I applied for for 3 documents (PDC, OT and MI) on 20th August, while Medium of Instruction and Official Transcript have been issued, the PDC is not issued yet. As I needed the documents as soon as possible for further studies, I humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I had applied for PDC and was told that I would be receiving a password after verification but it has been a week since I have applied and still I have not received any password. i have tried contacting customer care and haven't got a reply or any kind of follow up.
                    Even the regional office has no clue about how to help us . i have also mailed them a complaint regarding this and there is no response to it as well
                    PLEASE resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to RDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue the portal should send me a OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP and I'm not able to verify my mobile number.

                                        Hi,

                                        I live in USA and i need to submit certain documents fro WES evaluation, for which i had registered myself on the VTU website and i had provided my US phone number. Due to which i am unable to receive the required OTP to complete the registration and make payments.

                                        Is there a way to reset the registration or update the phone number so that OTP can be received to complete the registration.
