My documents have not been issued yet. I finalized the applications on 20th August, it's been 12 days now but still my PDC has not been issued, including the soft copy. I am a VTU student bearing USN: 1BH17CS001 and I applied for for 3 documents (PDC, OT and MI) on 20th August, while Medium of Instruction and Official Transcript have been issued, the PDC is not issued yet. As I needed the documents as soon as possible for further studies, I humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
