I recently registered on vtu eddts portal to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up and proceed further to receive the password. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed. As my University admission is on hold and I need to submit it within next week please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I Kindly request you to look into it.

                      I registered for the EDDTS portal(Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System) but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.

                      Now I'm unable to access the EDDTS portal to apply for migration certificate. It is urgent for me to get migration certificate for higher studies.
                      I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

                        I havent got the OTP when I pressed the register button, it's been around 12 days and it's very important for me to get PDC certificate as i need to send to the company for BGV verification.Please anyone solve this issue and send me the OTP to very my mobile no.

                                I Have already registered and submitted the proof and received the OTP on 18th August 2022. But not yet received my password for the login and hence I am not able to apply for PDC.
