Vodafone India — Charged 1260 saying that called to 51717

I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 1260 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted !

now immaterially Vodafone given me rupees 200.00 waiver .

He asked to call 198 for the support. Tried more than 5 times in 1 hours. No answer. Only IVR no human response. Its definitely big fraud from Vodafone.

I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 616 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 44 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted !

I have received vodafone postpaid bill yesterday in which I was charged 786 rupees in value added services section for making a special call on 51717 as I came to know from customer care executive.

However, I never made such call and I never talk with anybody for such long duration. You can check my past bills.
I have checked on internet many peoples have complained about this billing on the name of Special call 51717. I am collecting the relevant information regarding the same.

I have been charged 540 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 45 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 45 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this

Any call should disconnect by default at 60 Min crossed, How duration is 90:10 Min in below

I contacted them through live chat(5 times), 198(2 times), vodafone corpcare(2 times) but no one is taking responsibility and said it is genuine. And my phone battery is too weak for a 30 minute call but how come they billed for 90 minutes 10 seconds. And I can realise that this is real FRAUD network billing because for everybody the duration and charge is same. You could have atleast changed the Number, Duration for everyone when you do FRAUD billing.

I got the exact same thing on my bill, Vodafone has charged 1200 for dialing 51717 for speaking for more than 80 mins.. on top of that my number was disconnected for not paying bills but when I raised a complaint again this vas charge .. they have started sim again without taking payment so that they can continue billing which they say is the goodwill from their side... Plus vodafone agents are not aware of these numbers they say.. and I have a call recording for the same... I don't want to pay for vas but I can pay for the rest of the amount need help I have all the recording for the fake scheme and talks.. what best I can do.. I think I am not the only facing this issue let's do something about this I am frustrated but I cannot take a hit on cibil please help...

Today Morning I got a mail that i crossed my credit limit and my bill is 1260 and my service became restricted . I surprised very much and called at customar care . They informed me that at 3.26 am i called 51717*0 for 90 munites which was quite impossible and that's why the bill amount became such e huge amount .when I sarched it in google then i saw many people face same problem. I absolutely sure thst it is a fraude. I personally request all of you please dnt take vodafone postpaid connection.!!

i'm not going to pay any bills on due dates and i have 20 vodafone postpaid connections. that all the connections will be disconnected soon. please be aware of these kind of fraud from vodafone.

Nobody should avail vodafone number. Actually this company is a fraud company. First this company harass you by sending Value Added Service. When you complain in customer care, they will say this is comes from internet, it is automatically comes from internet when you use it. Personnel of customer care don't guide you properly. When VAS will stop then it will start special number case 51717 and charged huge bill. It is once again requested don't use vodafone number in future.
