Vodafone India — Charged 1260 saying that called to 51717

Vodaphone has charged me too of Rs.98 for 7 mins call to 51717 as Value added Service (VAS) which i never called. I did not even find that number in my dialled list.. Dont know how they charge like this

I am also charged with Rs. 154 /- for calling 15717 for 11 mins.. why should i call this number.. This is cheating

I was also charged 1008 rupees for calling51717 but I haven't called this is complete fraud ..pleas be aware and take action respective ppl

Charged Rs. 140/- say calling 10minute 08 Second. It is very bad impression on Vodafone. I will try to port out the vodafone, and i say to every body, no one use the vodafone

Facing same issue as above. 51717 called by me. It's not true any more. This is very frustrating to me. My no is suspended now. And billed 2101 . I will never pay that amount . It is unnecessary for me. Resolve it if you can.

Today I got the bill with the same call at 51717 and Vodafone charged Rs280. The funniest thing is that this number is used by my mother whose age is 80 years. They have also charged Rs 195 for downloading something. The shocking thing is my mother is using normal phone with key buttons and there is no option in the phone to download anything. This is never expected from Vodafone.

Faced the same problem. I apparently spoke for 137 minutes and have been charged a whopping 2000 rupees. When I call the customer care, they asked me to send a mail. Did anyone get a resolution to this issue?
