Vodafone India — Customer care,call barring | |
On 16 july my no. Was jammed [protected]. I called many times customer care, no support was there that time i felt vodafone s havinf poor customer support team. They register it in any neywork related problem. I went vodafone mini store they informed barring is there in your no. Due date was 19/7/16. So i paid on 18/7/16. Next day my sin was working. Now no one is not anwering reason of barring. And now i m getting calls from [protected] vineeta, she is scolding and asking to give ffedback that issue s been solved. I asked her to clear the reason of barring, she denied, she is not accepting that this is case of barrinf she is saying that may be network issue, so i asked that is misunderstanding of customer care. She says no misunderstanding is there she is sure for entire system also she warned me to ne agree otherwise you will get continuous calls, and doing the same. I am informing before to make port ny no.In airtel/reliance. Reliance is not having good network but that type of arrogant, poor, nonsence customer care executive i have not seen ever.
