[Resolved] Vodafone India — Not able to send sms for porting in., 1900 | |||
Dear Sir, iam not satisfy with your Internet Network Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started to send SMS to 1900 for Porting... but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time... by speking to Custmer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: - 1.i did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing SMS barred...but monthly iam recharging my mobile not less than 150Rs. 2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result... 3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result... moreover the Custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk ... All popular Vodafone plans come with unlimited calls but 0 balance. To send out PORT message, minimum 1 Rupee balance is mandatory as this message is chargeable. Just recharge your number with minimum amount to get the balance(NOT JUST VALIDITY), you will be through. Good riddance !!!

I have 20Rs. Balance, still I couldn't send port message. I even recharged for 1 day pack of call sms data of rs.9. sms to other people can be sent but not to 1900.
If they can not activate such plans then why the hell they keep such plans to my offers?
Stupid customer care people are saying I have to recharge for 35rs. Why so??

Hi i've 5o rs balance but validity is expired but i'm not able to sent the porting message.

Hi.
I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But I cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.

I am also facing same issue, for last 15 days I am trying to get UPC, but no luck, i could send messages, receive messages, when i sent message to 1900 it get delivered, but no reply.
I am frustrated, i submitted compain in consumer court too, but Idea could not resolve it.
Shameful.. i feel it idea is full of chu** people.

Same problem...unable to send PORT message from vodafone number...i have even recharged my vi no for monthly valididty recharge...and it has 30 rs balance...still unable to send to 1900...really rediculas service provided from vodafone i wanted to move my three active mobile numbers into jio..

I am unable to send port message from my Vodafone number, how can I approach legally, I have been trying customer care since 1 year but no use.
