I applied for mnp to port my number from bsnl to vdafone haryana.
I submitted my documents ( 1 photo, 1 xerox copy of driving license, and upc code) at vodafone mini store at sector 7 karnal-132001 ( haryana ) to mr.Rajesh on 13 june 2014.

But i haven't got the any confirmation message yet and hence my number has not ben ported to vodafone.

Kindly look into the matter at contact me earliest. @ [protected]

        Hi, I have requested for conversion of My Prepaid Vodafone Number([protected]) to Vodafone Post paid.I have submitted all the documents on 13-06-14. Vodafone executive committed within 72 hours your number will be converted in Post paid but after 10 days my phone still not converted in Post paid and no one is answering my phone. Please help me.         Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I has submitted document for converting my vodafone prepaid connection No. [protected] to Post paid on 9.3.2015. Verifications and other formalities has also been completed by Vodafone authority. I was ensured that may connection will be converted with in three days.


        But till date connection has not been coverted nor any information has been given to me.


        It is requested to convert my pre-paid No. [protected] to postpaid immediately.

          I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid in 2010. I received a cheque of Rs.273.61 which was the extra amount paid to vodafone. Details of cheque : Date : 24 feb 2010 Ref no. [protected] Lot no. 37 Cheque number : 055621 I could not encash the cheque within 6 months. After that, ever since, i had been going to vodafone store (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) and a number of complaint request generated but never i got the new cheque. I still posses the original cheque. In my last visit to vodafone store i spoke to Fahad (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) I am tired of visiting the vodafone store and calling customer care for this. Request to seriously address the concern. PS - I need the new cheque in my name as previously the number was in my elder brothers name who is no longer in india

                I m using the Vodofone No since 3 yrs, On friday I make a recharge of amount Rs 335 (i.e Balance recharge) Instead of balance my number got activated with the offer of V2V 10paise/min for 84 days, I never click to any such offer while making recharge. After receiving a SMS of activation of V2V 10paise/min, I call 111 to help me they manipulate me by saying that I have selected another state instead of Gujarat that was really a rubbish reply which I can not accept. After long argument they further assure to reply till evening 5pm with positive reply (i.e they will activated my number with 3G offer which I required and disconnect the V2V offer). But they never revert me apart I tried to call them and ask Customer service people to connect me to the same manager they just put me on hold for 10min and further disconnected me for 3 times on Saturday.

                    Hi, My number is [protected] and I am really frustrated with the service of Vodafone. They are working like a thief. In my number they have started the “Vodafone Bollywood” without my request and saying you requested for this service and my 30 rs was deducted from my account. Then I quested to stop this service on 19 May 2014 and asked to refund this amount then they said amount would not be refunded but we are deactivating your service for our end. Around 10 June 2014 again I called to the customer care for the confirmation that my service is deactivated or not then they said yes your service is deactivated at our end. But on 17 June 2014 they AGAIN deducted 30 rs for this service. This is like a hell and irritating to much. I called on 22nd June 14 that why balance has been deducted if I have already request to deactivate this service then they said your service is still active and we are deactivating this service at our end and your amount will be refunded within 4 hours. I waited for 4 hrs but my balance is not refunded then I called to customer care and they are saying it will not be refunded and disconnected the phone which is really embracing and blood boiling situation for me. Money is not the main concern the thing is that the way they are treating with their customer is really pathetic. Now please look into this and refund my amount any how. Thanks [protected]

                        Dear Sir, We would like to lodge the complaint against Mr. Nishant who is employed in your service centre in Thakur Village, Kandivli (east) for his arrogant behaviour with us. His mobile number is [protected]. Is this the way your people behave with the customers? We went to get our BLACKBERRY services for which we prepay Rs. 399 every month to keep this service active on our mobile as our total business is on our this service which we avail from your company. When we approached your this service centre first he did something and after that he gave one password Secure 123 and informed us to log in after typing our mobile number [protected] but when it did not work we approached him again. he informed to your main centre and informed us that we be called on our mobile once he receives the reply from the main centre. But he did not call. We had taken his mobile number and we tried to contact him at least 15 times but he did not respond. When we approached him today he lied that we had called on him only once and he could not get our service activated he asked us to get our handset formated with utter arrogance which is not accepted from the employee in the esteemed company like yours. From 10th onward we are not receiving any mails on our handset through balckberry services for which we have already paid.We had also informed him that after changing the password on yahoo we have stopped receiving the mails. Kindly take appropriate action on Mr. Nishant so that in future he can't behave like this with any of the customer by keeping the reputation of your company at stake.                           Dear sir, I am staying in Laxminarayan Residency, Pokhran Road No. 2, Thane West (Maharashtra) & holding two Vodafone numbers [protected]/[protected]. Similarly, there are other members in our society & surrounding societies viz. Neelkanth Heights & other buildings. Most of these people are subscriber of Vodafone. The network signal that we are getting in our area, especially in my society, is inadequate. As soon as I enter my building, the signal strength becomes extremely low. I have missed a lot of important calls due to this. Please look into the problem or else we all will be forced to shift to some other network. I'm mentioning my building address for your reference.                               Sir. I sorry to feel.. This two months i recharge nearly 2000 rupees in Internet purpose... But today and yesterday i met more problems about this data back activatin... Morning i recharge 49 dataplan..but i receive only for 250 mb.. Actually you provide 1gb data for oneday.. But i dint receive... I[censored] possible reply regsrding that...                                 I had purchased a Postpaid number rom Vodafone (Maharashtra and Goa Circle) from Goa. Recently on 24th March 2014 I had migrated from Postpaid to prepaid number of Vodafone and had cleared all my pending bills along with paying an extra Rs. 50 for any charges during the migration period. I was told that I would receive my refund in 45 to 60 days at the address provided. But it has been nearly 3 months and I have not received my refund.
                                I talked to customer care people they keep on shuffling me from prepaid to post paid customer care and vice versa. I went to Vodafone Store in Hyderabad (as I am currently living there) they said that they cannot help me. I wrote an email to Vodafone care of Maharashtra and was supposed to receive a reply within 48 hrs but have not received any reply from them. I then called up the nodal officer thrice who always says to get back to me after checking some details and never reverts back.
                                I did not expect Vodafone to be such a hopeless company especially being a multi national. I even plan to write my case on the social media websites.
                                Really disappointed. Request any help possible.

                                  Since last month vodafone has billed me false billing for internet. As i am a privelrge customer with addon card holder for vodafone.internet usage my For my cellphone is done by Airtel network.But vodafone has billed me 1000 rs only for internet witjout any usage.As i have been using this network for last one year.I have never faced the problem As i have not used any internet for vodafone .for the number.Pl take immediate action on the vodafone services fir reversal of internet charges.[protected] My numBer for communication [protected]

                                    Dear sir, I have a Vodafone AP number [protected] and I am currently roaming in Pune. The network signal that we are getting in Pimple Saudagar area, especially in my society at kunal icon road, is inadequate. As soon as I enter my building, the signal strength becomes extremely low. I have missed a lot of important calls due to this. Please look into the problem or else I will be forced to shift to some other network. I'm mentioning my building address for your reference.                                       I am a regular customer of Vodafone since years. Earlier I used Prepaid. One of your representatives suggested me postpaid. So I migrated to Postpaid. But now I am facing huge trouble due to those extra charges. I have attached screenshots for the extra charges which are not supposed to be in my bill. 1. As per my plan I am allowed 200 Free local + National SMS. And I have additional Net Pack of Rs 99 which allows me free data usage of 1 GB per month. I haven't exceeded my SMS and Data Free Units. 2. And I am literate enough to not to visit paid content/video on any site. 3. Neither I have any Child at home. I need explanation for all of them as well as refund for them. Thanks, Manpreet
