[Resolved] Vodafone India — refund & compensation for cheating by providing false information for recharge of rs.995 | |
Dear sir, I spoke to your customer care centre on 25/3/19 for knowing the possibilities for providing the rs. 998 offer recharge for unlimited calls for one year. I was informed from your side as that there is no such offer available with you as i am asking. Once again i asked is it possible to provide such an offer by you (I quoted that in airtel they providing this offer at rs.998). I clearly stated that if you provide such an offer i will continue as vodafone customer otherwise i will port my number to other network. So, i was told not to port and wait for a week time (Since my complaint was registered for rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). She told that she had submitted my complaint to her higher authority for providing such offer. On 27/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). I once again told clearly if you provide such an offer i will continue as vodafone customer otherwise i will port my number to other network. I was told that within next 2-4 days your request will be processed. On 29/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). This time i was told that my request will surely be activated by tomorrow (30/3/19). On 30/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). Once again i clearly explained all the story to your employee. He told me to wait for checking the status of my complaint and latter told me that your offer available for rs.995 instead of rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data. I once again reconfirmed the offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year. He clearly stated that the offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data. Then i ask him the procedure for doing such recharge. Since i requested for rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel. I was told that the same offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data provided by vodafone. So only i recharged for rs.995 believing that unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data as i was told by your employee. On 30/3/19, i recharged for offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data provided by vodafone. Then only i understand that i was betrayed and cheated by vodafone. Then i spoke to your customer care executive and explained the whole story once again. As, i was betrayed and cheated by vodafone. I don’t need any of your further delay or explanation justifying your betrayal and cheating by vodafone. Once again don’t make me further angry by doing so. If you interested in doing so ready to face the legal consequences, since i have all evidences. My stand is that provide the unlimited calls for one year as your employee assured on behalf of vodafone for rs. 995. If not then refund the recharged amount (Rs.995) to my bank account along with the compensation as your team (Customer care employees/senior executives, appellate officers & managers) had not at all respond to my words and requests by phone/mails/consultation of customer care office over the days.
