Vodafone India — Regarding postpaid sim service

Note: This is real incident happened to me please don't go for vodafone and I have a proof if anyone wants it and I can forwad you all the mails that I got from them but because the mails are too much so I can't attach here and if anyone wants it please mail me tomy email id- ganvir.[protected]@gmail.com or call me on this number [protected].

My number was [protected] and it was on Docomo network which was prepaid. I had got call from vodafone executive regarding offer from vodafone if I ported my number to it. I liked the plan and I decided to port my number to vodafone.The vodafone personnel came to my home and gave me the sim and took all the required documents from me. After that my number got ported from docomo to vodafone and just after some days they stopped the service without any intimation and when iicalled the customer care they told me that your physical verifiacation was negative because I wasn't at the home when they came, they told me to that you have to submit the documents to he vodafone store then I submited the documents in the vodafone store after that they told me that your number will be active but it wasnt then I again went o he store then they told me that you have to reschedule the physical verification Then they rescheduled physical verification but and they gave me date and time of the meet but they haven't come for meet after that again I visit vodafone store then they again scheduled the meet and again gave me date and time and they again hadn't came to meet. after that finally when I commpalined the store manager then they resheduled it and they finally arrived at my place for visit. At thet time of visit personnel asked me couple of questions and i answered showd him my all the original documents then he ook my sign and he told me that your number will be activated within 48 hours but actually it took 8 days to activate my number, But, the big problem arrived now, again after two days my number services again stopped without any intimation and when I called them they told me that your number was stopped due to incomplete address but the reason was unacceptable by me because I already submitted all the documents required by them and there personnel visited my place if my address was incomplete then how electric bill come to my house and how there personnel visited my place. then I visited the vodafone store again they told me to submit the documents due to incomplete address and i really submitted the documents by visiting the vodafone store again two times but still my number wasn't activated . then after too many mails to vodafone care they gave me another reason because they have the list of the reasons to give and they told me to again resubmit the documents but I told them that I already submitted all the documents you told me to submit and also I had successful verification done then why without any intimation you are stopping my services. then they again had another reason that they told me to submt the documents with the rent aggrement but I had no rent aggrement coz I had just moved to that house on rent so they told me to give NOC and I signed the NOC at the vodafone store gave my owners number for verification and hey told me now after some days your number will be activated but still after so many days my number wasn't activated. then I again called them and told them that my number haven't acivated yet then they again gave me the rent aggrement reason what the hell is this is this a joke that they are asking for a document I am submitting like a mad and they again asking for another document. Now currently they are asking me for rent aggrement, but I don't have it now coz it's under process online and the house is on the name of owner's mother there is some problem and it will take some time and my house owner is working on that matter and it will besokved soon and after some 8 days as soon as I got the rent agrrement I will submit it to them. But they are not considering my request and they told me that after 48 hours your services will be permanetly deactivated. So that I requested them tha I want to switch to another network so please tell me the process but htey are not responding and htey are being very arrogant.

So, I request to solve this matter immediately,
