Sir, i have two postpaid mob. Nos.[protected] & [protected] of your (Vodafone) network. Now am unable to use both numbers. I want to deactivate one of the above number such as [protected]. I have already given request to nearest vodafone store to stop service for no.[protected] by paying all outstanding bill before one month back, but now in this moth again bill raised. Sir main apne Vodafone number[protected] se paytm ke threw. Apne friend Shivam Singh ke Vodafone number [protected] pe 03.05.19 ko 1.40 pm pe 50 RS. Ka recharge Kar raha tha.. but mistake se RS.5000 ka recharge ho Gaya. Please help and cancelled it's.

I didn't use my SIM card for a year and if I call to that number it is conveying that it's not in service.could you plz help me with this and make my SIM card reactive.the Sim card is very important.
