[Resolved] Vodafone — Mental torture caused by Vodafone Andhra Pradesh | |||
It is with great mental agony that I am lodging this email. You are the worst, unprofessional, senseless service providers I have ever come across. I have ported my number [protected] from Docomo to your network. The worst thing that I have ever done in my life. After the initial address verification failure, I have resubmitted the docs (passport, PAN card, address proof, company ID card, passport photo ) for a re-verification. After this, again my number was suspended stating multiple connections reason. This reason was conveyed a week later and no proper response to any of the calls I have made to customer care. A stereotypical response - our backend team is working on it. On 1-March, I have personally gone to the store and resubmitted all the documents all over again with photocopies of my credit card and SI form duly signed by me. My number still stands suspended. I have revisited the store again on 5-March and the response I got was, it will be done in 30 mins. Today is 10-Mar and looks like the 30 mins is not yet over for Himayat Nagar Vodafone store team in Andhra Pradesh. Now when I make a call to remind him of the status, the executive makes his colleague answer my call and tells me that the concerned person is on leave. Can anyone tell me how can an executive be on leave with his personal mobile lying in office? You guys should be really ashamed for working in such unprofessional manner and unsure of what you want to do to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
