[Resolved] Vodafone — recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted | |||
Dear vodafone, I recharged rs. 219 for my vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) via https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp and pay the amount using netbanking indian bank. But the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 219 was deducted from indian bank account. Transaction details as follows... Your a/c xxxx003477is debited by rs. 219.00for billdesk-rinb[protected]/vodafone/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 19/01/2020 13:36- indian bank Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.
