Vodafone — refund harassment

I NIRMALENDU MANDAL hereby inform you that my Vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number[protected].Which i surrender on 28th of FEBRUARY. Vodafone sent me a refund notification on 18th MARCH with the details of Cheque no and all other details. But till then I not receive the refund. I sent them 30 to 32 mails. but they recently sent me a mail in which they demand that the cheque has been delivered. But I yet not received any refund from them. I sent You The details of their mail here with.
