        I had purchased 4c-dot trousers from whaaky on 8th January with rupees 1199 but products was complitaly duplicate so i returned d product by courier on 14 January n it has been delivered on 18th January but my money is still not refunded, even i kept on calling him.earlier he replied through mail n ask for account no but now he is not replying n he is not picking my call.
        Plzz do refund my money as soon as possible.

          My name is Bisworanjan Aran, I have placed the order for two Samsung metro handset. My order ID is s[protected]. Today I received the same but while opened the packet I found it is a chinees product.

          One charger is broken, Battery is not getting charged, Speaker and mic is not working. I am trying to contact with their helpline, but no one is peaking call. I have send the email but I not getting the revert.

                    Due to some problem I had cancel my order (Order ID : S[protected], which I had ordered on[protected]:56:55 for MI 20800 mAh Power Bank and 2 Branded Jeans.

                    As per Order Cancellations policy is: If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund.

                    But They had not cancelled my order even I have mailed many times regarding this.


                    After some time they have dispatched my order on 23 November 2015. But they had send duplicate MI powerbank and 34 no jeans evwn I had ordered original MI powerbank and 36 no jeans.

                    After that I mailed again for return of order on 7 December after receiving of order as follows

                    I have ordered Mi 20800 mah power bank and 2 jeans of size 36. But I have received 2 jeans of size 34 both. Also power bank is not in working condition. Seal of power bank box was also broken inside packing. I want to return order (order id:S[protected]. I have also sent images of Powerbank and Jeans and I said that I want to replacement if items available or refund. Please do needful. Please reply soon otherwise I have to complain against you in consumer forum.

                    But they had not given any response till now. I want to return my amount Rs. 999.

                          On 11.02.2016 i have ordered a Samsung E1207 model mobile on Whaaky.com site the product price is Rs-1899/- and 100 rupeees extra on COD charge. On 17.02.2016 i got this product but the product is duplicate and i also confirmed in samsung care.the product is not working at all.after giving mail on Whaaky.com there is no response from Whaaky.com as they have give they can taken action within 24 hrs.but till now 48 hrs crossed there is no response from they are side.The customer care not receiving any call .Whaaky.com is ford site .They just make people fool.So don't book any product from Whaaky.com.

                                      On 26th January I have purchase product online via whaaky.com, my order no was S[protected] and Consignment no[protected] was dispatch on 29/1/16 and was latest to be received before 1/2/16,

                                      On 1/2/16 I have received message from Ecom Express Courier that your ordered will be delivered today, But till date I have not received, many times I make a call on contact details but nobody respond

                                      On 4/2/16 I have received call from Ecom Express that your product will be delivered on 6/2/16, but yet not Received

                                        As my order S[protected] on 5/11/2015 for 32gb Samsung memory cards(3 No's) has been done by seller Akshay Traders by E-com Xpress courier. It is found that it has nothing inside the parcel expect empty cards after receiving by COD of worth Rs:1200. I had mailed u many times about this wrong delivery of product, but no response from your side for long days, but after a month I got a mail to return the order within four days, accompanying this I sent the parcel with your original cover inside envelope and noted the order number on envelope and given my address on back side. As per your condition to send the parcel in my own expenses, I had done it on 7th january 2016 by DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd with CN No: C61413108 to Hyderabad address given by them in mail to start the refund process. I request you to do the refund process as it is shown in courier site that they have received again. I had been upseted by whaaky.com in online purchasing, experienced problems which is unforgettable, Other online commerce sites i used before has been good compared to yours. Also it is your duty to attend customer complaints and should solve in need. But as I contacted you several times by mail, same automated mail only received by me, which irritated me several times. So kindly understand my inconvenience and resolve the issue faced by me as soon
