As my order S[protected] on 5/11/2015 for 32gb Samsung memory cards(3 No's) has been done by seller Akshay Traders by E-com Xpress courier. It is found that it has nothing inside the parcel expect empty cards after receiving by COD of worth Rs:1200. I had mailed u many times about this wrong delivery of product, but no response from your side for long days, but after a month I got a mail to return the order within four days, accompanying this I sent the parcel with your original cover inside envelope and noted the order number on envelope and given my address on back side. As per your condition to send the parcel in my own expenses, I had done it on 7th january 2016 by DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd with CN No: C61413108 to Hyderabad address given by them in mail to start the refund process. I request you to do the refund process as it is shown in courier site that they have received again. I had been upseted by whaaky.com in online purchasing, experienced problems which is unforgettable, Other online commerce sites i used before has been good compared to yours. Also it is your duty to attend customer complaints and should solve in need. But as I contacted you several times by mail, same automated mail only received by me, which irritated me several times. So kindly understand my inconvenience and resolve the issue faced by me as soon
