This is Praveen, I order NOKIA [protected]@1649.
I received that product successfully also.

After Received the mobiles, i insert sim card in that mobile, Then it shows as "Sim Card" Failure, Please insert Sim Card.

Then i am going to NOKIA Service Center, They are asking about bill, but we have no bill that product.

Now i want to return my money as early as possible...

    This is rakesh from hyderabad...this whaky.com is totally fake..i was ordered SAMSUNG metro 312...after ordered 12 days delivered my order...but that is duplicate and FULLY DAMAGED AND BURSTED BATTERY..whaaky customercare no.[protected] this is fake number...not respond this no..majority customers are not satisfied this company.. so plz take action on this company...

      I placed order on whaaky.com on 16/01/2016 with order no. S[protected] for 5 casual shirts of size 40.

      I received the 5 damaged and old shirts of different sizes and totally different colour and design then the shown on website.

      I am trying to call them but no one picked up their support number. Also did not get any reply to my email to them which I sent to [protected]@whaaky.com on jan 29th, 2016.

      Whaaky.com is cheating website and should be closed and fined for cheating the consumers.

But I received the product on Feb 5th, once I received the product I am not satisfied with their product.So I have raised claim on 5th Feb itself. I have tried their customer care number too. I did''t get any Response from their side. How I can get my money back for used material. Kindly take action for this type of E-commerce service. Please help me to Refund the Amount.

                      The Product on Whakky are fake. I purchased Sony power-bank I got the damaged power bank mail to Support but no reply called customer desk not picking up the phone.

                                Respected sir, on 20th Jan i gave order on whaaky.com for buy 5jeans @ 1199 & i do online payment for the product from my brother debit card from SBBJ bank.. they told us that the product will be delivered with in 7-10days but they did not do that, then i do call to them but they are not responding then i wait for 15 days, , again i do call after 15 days & Not Reply My Email i ask for the reason but the dont gave us any explanation & cut the ph. last call i did at 2th Feb & they told for the refund, today i also call many times but they dnt responding my call & still i didn't get my money refund back.. my order no is S[protected] Sir please tell me what to do because 1199/- is not a matter of jokes please help me out

                                    My order ID is S[protected], I had ordered 2 Samsung Guru Mobiles @ 1299 on 21.01.2016 on Whaaky.com website. It's been more than 10 days neither I have received my products nor money has been refunded to me.

                                    In fact I tried their customer care no. [protected] several times but getting no response. And mailed them thrice still they are not responding.

                                    I request you to pls suggest me with further advice to get my product or money back.

                                      I had order products being "two international branded jeans and three Koutons Denim Shirts" with order no. S[protected] with an online payment of Rs. 2, 148/-. Firstly, I received a false product instead of the actual order. After reshipment of the false product which costed around Rs. 300/-, there is no response from Whaaky about the shipment of actual products. It has already been more than 20 days for which I asked a refund. There is no response for any mails from whaaky.com. Hence, complaining under this form for my refund of Rs. 2, 448/- as I am not interested in the products mentioned in the order anymore.

                                        This is Prasad, I order samsung guru [protected]@1299.
                                        I received that product successfully also.

                                        After Received the mobiles, i insert sim card in that mobile, Then it shows as "Sim Card" Failure, Please insert Sim Card.

                                        Then i am going to SAMSUNG Service Center, They are asking about bill, but we have no bill that product.

                                        Now i want to return my money as early as possible.
