I have purchased nokia 1100 combo from whaaky.com and received order on 17 jan 2016.

As we received product and unpacked its found that its not original nokia product and both devices are not working properly. There are lots of issues with mobile body and mobile automatically goes off when call in process.

I request you to please provide me the process for return product and reclaim...

I have ordered one power bank last month, which I received was of very poor quality and I am not able to charge my mobile even for a single time. When I tried to charge that power bank, it has been charging for the whole day and continues to charge without getting full.

i had purchase a combo pack of power back of MI company from whhaky.com when i gote shipment by courier both are not working, then we contactd their executivr on phone [protected] they said us that resent to their office and they will refund the money in seven day but after 14 day we did not gate refund and they not picup our call

On 13th February 16 I ordered for polo shirts for Rs 899. I paid through net banking. Amount debited from my account for two times. Totally I paid Rs1798 for order no S[protected].Please check your account and please refund my money....

I Had received my product with order id S[protected] yesterday on 15/02/2016, I was very disappointed once i opened my package, it was not rightly packet, stitches are torn, product is completely different from where it was displayed in site, and that too received a product with wrong size, all 6 cloths were put together, not packing or cover, looks like a damaged product which is used to sell at a lesser price.

Refund against return of defective product not credited even after 30 days of return. And no one is responding on mail, [protected]@whaaky.com and calls.
