      Dear team,

      I have purchased nokia 1100 combo from whaaky.com and received order on 17 jan 2016.

      As we received product and unpacked its found that its not original nokia product and both devices are not working properly. There are lots of issues with mobile body and mobile automatically goes off when call in process.

      I request you to please provide me the process for return product and reclaim money.

          I ve ordered a product on Whaaky.com on last saturday which is 13th of Feb'16.
          I have paid the same through my Debit Card. My order No. S[protected]. The concern is its about 5-6 days, i have not received any of the confirmation message from Whaaky.com. I tried Contacting to the Whaaky.com customer care. Again its not toll free, It rings few mins and gets disconnected automatically. I tried mailing them thrice but no response from their end. Kindly help.

              I have ordered one power bank last month, which I received was of very poor quality and I am not able to charge my mobile even for a single time. When I tried to charge that power bank, it has been charging for the whole day and continues to charge without getting full.

              I have asked the merchant to refund my money for the fake product where they were not interested in going forward to solve the issue and disconnecting the call without proper answer.

              Folks please dont buy any products from this website for your kind information. If you are buying then you definitely will get a fake product only.

                                I Had received my product with order id S[protected] yesterday on 15/02/2016, I was very disappointed once i opened my package, it was not rightly packet, stitches are torn, product is completely different from where it was displayed in site, and that too received a product with wrong size, all 6 cloths were put together, not packing or cover, looks like a damaged product which is used to sell at a lesser price.
                                Am very disappointed and i request you to provide me refund on this product.
                                I have already raised a complaint against this issue @ [protected]@whaaky.com, i have not yet received any response.
                                Looking forward for you people to take action with my issue.

But no call from them n no revert back from them.i paid 1199 rs for pair of power bank n the order was given on 30th jan 2016.i didn't get any call no revert back of my mail n no refund in my account.                                       I received a call from [protected] at 6.30 PM on 15th Feb, 2016, saying Whaaky Customer care executive, and asking for my Debit card details, CVV number, for instantly crediting my refund amount.

                                      When I denied, the person said without my debit card details nothing can be refunded.

                                      What is this nonsense...
                                      Why should I share my bank details and card information and invite you people to do more frauds...

                                      Why my personal number and information is reflecting in public.
                                      No Refund of Rs.1498/-against return of defective product even after 45 days.

                                      No one is picking up the call at Customer Care number and no revert on repeated mails...

                                      Till date no benefit on raising the complaint at your platform. Consumer Complaints forum...

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have purchased "Buy 2 Samsung Guru Mobiles @ 1299" and it's order no is S[protected]. i have placed order on 10th Feb 2016 and status still shows as PREPARING to SHIP and tried calling customer care so many times and no one picks the call.

                                        Please dont order any of the products from whaaky.com its fake.
