    I have placed an order on whaaky.com for the product of clothing of a brand know as koutons shirt but when i received the product i found it a different product which was local brand and the product quality was very pathetic urge you to help me out with my problem as soon as possible

      I placed a order on[protected] order id is S[protected] . i got my order from (AKSHAY TRADERS) Ref no AKSS[protected] But the problem is that i got 5 jeans and all jeans are diffective and look like used pieces . On the product listing images shown its high quality jeans but in actual every jeans are low quality and used jeans and odd sizes and now i contact to whaaky support no. or drop 2 mails regards replacement but their is no one pick up the call and reply. i want my money back please humble request to you whaaky please refund money .

                  I ordered three shirts of size xxl in whaaky.com. When I received consignment of three shirts, no size was mentioned. These are not coming to me at all. But I mailed regarding this happened they said with photo attachment mail they want, I also did same thing but no response from them. I called with phone once I talked some executive he told he will take our complain and said we have to recourier that three shirts. After this no response pzl do something for me.

                          I ordered a product from Whaaky.com on Feb 29 at 6:10 PM, My order no is S[protected] & I already paid money through net banking, the amount is 1399/-.
                          But after next day I cancelled the order before they shipped.
                          After they they give me a confirmation mail and massage the your order has been cancelled and your money will be rwfund within 3-4 days.
                          But its they did not refund the money.
                          I make many calls & mail to them..but they did not reply.

                                    Dear team, I have company number (040-66228282) and mail id is [email protected] [email protected] actually i booked one order of rs 1199. but when i received my order. the product are diffrent which i booked. and so many problem my order number is S801272914 and consignment number is 758528494 which is delivered by ECOM Express. so how can get my money return i dont want this product.please help meeeee.

                                        I have ordered Nokia 5223 @ 1399 via Order No. S[protected] on 23.02.2016 but till date It is not shipped nor delivered.

                                        At the time of booking, they mentioned that items will be shipped within 7-10 days and it has already elapsed more than 15 working days but till date I didn't get any information regarding shipment or delivery.

                                        It's really disgusting attitude & working culture of Whaaky.

                                        Further i tried to make calls several times but no one answer on the same and also wrote so many mails but i did not get any response till now.

                                        Kindly look into matter and do the needful at your end and either deliver the goods or make refund of money in my account which already paid.
