    I have ordered Reebok Sports Shoe @ 699 via Order No. S[protected] on 22.02.16 but till date It is not shipped nor delivered.

    At the time of booking, they mentioned that items will be shipped within 8-10 days and it has already elapsed more than 15 working days but till date I didn't get any information regarding shipment or delivery.

    It's really disgusting attitude & working culture of Whaaky.

    Further i tried to make calls several times but no one answer on the same and also wrote so many mails but i did not get any response till now.

    Kindly look into matter and do the needful at your end and either deliver the goods or make refund of money in my account which already paid.

    After making complaint from here, they immediately dispatched the Goods and I received within 7 days. Thanks to Consumer Forum. But I want to say one thing that Whaaky is Fraudulent company.

                  Sir/ mam Whaaky is the worst site ever seen. This guys are the fraud and should be band . I have forwarded a complain regarding this to the central government. Bcoz after we receive our order and payment is done the dont pay hid to the customer.Firstly they not even deliver the product we order for and secondly the product we get kis of inferior quality. So after we receive the product they want give a response to the customer. I neither received the product i ordered for nor got the proper quality product even by consulting to its customer care before ordering its product. After that they r not giving any response. Below are the images for the proof. And it was not the product which i ordered for.

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          This mail is in respect of the purchase of a mobile handset ( Product 2 Samsung Guru Mobiles
                          Ref: S[protected] from online portal www.whaaky.com. I had placed my order number is S[protected]. on the date 26.02.2016. After paying cash on delivery Rs.1450.00 I received the product. .After opening the box I found that the handset is not Samsung Guru, its from some local company and was not working even after repeated attempts. I tried calling them several times and I had also lodged an online complaint against them citing my grievances but to no avail. I would request the concerned authority to kindly look into the matter and oblige. I would like a complete refund of thew amount (Rs.1450.00) which I paid for the handset.                                         I ordered 4 trouser pants from Whaaky.com on 25-Feb-2016, order id S[protected]. the order was delivered to me on 28-Feb-2016 in evening. the mode of payment was COD so the total value of the product was 1199 (Including 100 Cod charges).
                                        I opened the packet and the quality of the cloth was very bad as like u bought it from Thela walas. I tried to call Whaaky instantly but there service was not available on Sundays.
                                        I called ur another morning and discussed my issue. They told me to send image of the product, i could understand the logic why they want image of the product but still i sent the image next day. then i tried to call them for 4-5 hours regularly. Such a bad customer service, finally after 4 hours my call got connected to them. then i told that i have sent the image then they asked to send the product back on my own expense, so frustrating also they denied to pay the courier charge for reverse pickup. it's terrible experience for me to shop from whaaky. The product is with me still and i want them to arrange the reverse pick up and take back their product also refund my full paid amount of rs 1199. It's total harassment of the customer. can any body please look into it.
