I placed an order on 04-Jan-2016 on site whaaky.com. My order no S[protected]
I had received the product of Rs 1199/-on 8-Jan-2016 (Cash on Delivery) because of cheap quality I returned the product through DTDC courier Z75819082, My courier charges 280/- dated 13-Jan-2016 they received the Product on dated 16-Jan-2016. Then they (whaaky) send the mail on 19-Jan-2016 for refunding the money on 7 business day but they do not sent the money till date. Please help me in refunding my money product amount Rs.1199 + Rs.280 courier charges total amount Rs 1479/- but my money not received till date.
